I’ve been in hell since I moved here July 25, 2014. Just renewed my lease because there is nowhere else to go. Four robberies, one home invasion, one sexual assault, stalked by meth head gangstas. I am in hell, but because I have a VASH cert, moving will take an act of God. Oh, and yes, BEDBUGS! Being charged by mgmt for removal which DOESNOTWORK.

Well, as everyone probably knows it’s hard to find an open apt right now. After six months of looking I found these apts what seemed to be so amazing. Turned out to be Horriable. For once me starting conversations with random people was useful. I was about to fill out the rest of paper work today and then the next step was to move in… well not anymore that random person I talked to said«don’t move in unless it’s a dying need, because there’s bed bugs everywhere» so I ask the office and they said yes there has been bed bugs and currently bed bugs. They tried to tell me it’s not a problem and bed bugs just«happen» and they take care of it. Well bed bugs might stay away for good if they just bomb the whole place and not just select apts. glad that I got told about this before signing a lease I’ll be asking every place I think about living if theirs any bed bug problems current or past.

I lived here back when it was still Mallard Lake, and found myself coming back to visit friends. This complex is still janky and ghetto. It isn’t really even the buildings, its the people. It’s the couple thats violently fighting night after night, the neighbor who leaves garbage out in the hallway all the time, or the stranger who takes a crap in the stairwell. not to mention the rude people who let their pets crap in the halls. Management and maintanence have done very little to address these problems. Cops are frequently here, and so on one hand it makes you feel safe they are available, but on the other, it makes you uncomfortable that they have to have so much presence here. As the guy above said, you do have a lot of bugs and critters roaming through the building. But hey, when you have one or two filthy units, they spread to the rest of the building. Save your money, and don’t bother living here. You can spend the same amount of money to live in a clean home, where the management doesn’t stiff you, and the neighbors aren’t atrocious.

If there were zero stars, this place would get them. I moved into Coronado Springs in February of 2011 and the apartment was nice at the time but boy was I wrong. There was always a constant presence by the Sheriff(One in particular was quite a rude an arrogant Deputy who was on the Sheriff’s transit division) constant yelling and screaming by other tenants, a body found in the pond(murdered) and lots of bed bugs, I even had to throw away my beds and bedding twice because of them! I had them twice while I stayed there. The first maintenance man who helped out was fantastic and professional but he departed and now the same level if customer service is gone. Management is lackluster and rude. I’ve had to pay extra rent on top of rent I’ve paid because either somebody was inept or stealing my checks. All in all a terrible experience. I’m very glad to be out of their. There are plenty of nicer places in the Burien/White Center area, but Coronado Springs just isn’t it.
