Community Thrift Store

Fun stuff to pick through. Fairly raggedy, but I have found some pretty neat stuff. Good sales too.

I don’t often do reviews online unless someone or something really calls to me. I was just so excited to find this little gem of a thrift store in White Center, I had to share with everyone!
Since the rents went up in the area, we have seen all of the thrift stores in White Center shut down. I remember when I was a kid there were at least four, but they all disappeared in the last 20 years or so due to the skyrocketing rents. Anyways, amazing to have one in the area again!
The owner, My-​Hong Bui, has years of thrift management experience and knows what people need and want from a local thrift store. Her beautiful store is well organized and contains a plethora of awesome used clothing, accessories and shoes, hard goods, electronics, and furniture for the whole family. She also sells new mattresses and I was quite impressed on my last visit with a gorgeous child’s poster bed with matching trundle, unfortunately it was already snatched up by some smart shopper… Her prices are reasonable and affordable and she has regular 50% off Sale Days on holidays & such. What thrifter can resist a good ‘ol 50% off Sale?
I highly recommend visiting this quaint little shop in White Center to find your everyday needs and of course, the fun treasures that abound when thrifting for the hunt. Happy shopping!
