Communication was very good. Our agent, Hania Younis, did a fantastic job finding listings that matched our (ever changing) criteria and getting them into our portal right away. We worked with Hania for quite a while ad she went with us to countless houses but we never felt any pressure to hurry and find a house. Emphasis was put on finding the right house vs finding a house that «will do» quickly. Because we were relocating, Hania’s extensive knowledge of the city was extremely helpful to us.

Our agent was extremely well informed about Seattle and the local housing market. He was able to add a ton of value by helping to negotiate down the sales price of the home that we bought. Very satisfied!

My husband and I just bought our first home, and we could not be more pleased with our decision to work with Ron. Not only did Ron educate us on what to look for in each home when it came to maintenance, market value, and opportunity for growth, but he also taught us what it would take to be competitive buyers in Seattle’s aggressive market. We thought we would have our hearts broken a few times (like many of our friends) before an offer would be accepted. We couldn’t believe it when our very first offer went through! There were multiple offers on the table, and we weren’t even the highest bidders! We really owe it to Ron. The listing agent felt that we were more committed largely because of Ron’s involvement every step of the way. He was proactive, and he really coached us on how to structure a strong offer considering all variables. I also want to mention that he is very connected in the industry, and he can point you in the right direction with lending, inspections, etc. We followed his lead with our chosen lender and inspector, and we felt so confident with the team we had! Both were very educational and professional, and our lender was able to close in 16 days!!! Seriously, call Ron. He’ll take good care of you!

Corey Patt is amazing. That’s not hyperbole, that’s just pure fact. We had absolutely no plans to sell our house and then in April we had a fire that gutted our kitchen. Through a series of events, not least of which was our insurance company renting an awesome apartment on Alki, we decided to sell the house.
We thought we were crazy but Corey did a walk through of our charred, smoke damaged, house and said, quite sincerely that she thought we could sell it. To make matters worse, this was right in the middle of an almost dead housing market. We didn’t get an offer right away, and some of Corey’s associates called the house scary, but 14 days after going on the market we got not one, but two solid offers. As part of the deal we had to fix several items, including a complete re-​wire of the house, some fire sealing and some plastering. Corey took bids on everything and helped me to manage the subcontractors. In 45 days we went from a smouldering dream to a closed home deal.
She also helped us to buy our awesome new house a block from the water on Alki. She is extremely good at figuring out what people want and at guiding them through tough deals. Our first offer fell apart because of some very expensive repairs needed, but Corey was a tough negotiator even on that deal and got the price greatly reduced. Ultimately we decided that house wasn’t worth the time it was goin to take to fix and we backed out.
She closed the deal on our second house in about 3 weeks. We found her through friends who raved about her. I always thought they were a little nutty, but now all I do is rave about this incredible real estate agent I know.

Went with the initially because my bank gave me a discount. I was very clear with what I wanted. I have no problem with a 12K commission when someone actually adds value.
But after working with one of the associates for several months, I realized that he wanted me to do all the up front work so that he could just close the deal. He wasn’t helpful in helping me think about my choices, the value of home ownership for a person at my stage of life, or where to live. These are things I would have really valued in the process of buying a home.
At one point, I asked him to show my certain types of houses. He responded something to the effect of ‘when you find one show it to me’
I quickly gave this company my kibosh, then went with a realtor whom a trusted friend recommended.
