My daughter and I visited twice. The first time we both got a mani and pedi and it took about 2 hours with inconsistent service — she got a massage and I did not. We then went in for a manicure for me and a fill-in for my daughter. I liked my manicurist, but again had inconsistent service from the customer sitting next to me getting a manicure — she got a shoulder rub and a UV light to dry her nails whereas I was not offered these amenities. But the kicker is that it took a little over 2.5 hours for my daughter’s fill-in with 2 – 3 different people trading-off to work on her. And, in the middle of her service, the person working on her stopped completely to wax a new customer’s eyebrows who happened to walk-in and which required us to sit and wait at least another 15 minutes for her to return. My daughter also had to ask 3 times for one nail to be filed to match the others. This was our second and probably last time visiting — it was unacceptable for a fill-in to take 2.5 hours long, service is inconsistent, and I was disappointed by the disregard for our time and prioritizing a new customer over finishing with an existing customer’s request.

I walked in for a pedicure during the week. There is a lot of space so bring friends because you can get your toes done at the same time. The place was clean. They have a lot of colors to chose from and I am a fan of the massage chairs. The girl who did my pedicure did a very good job. I got a nice exfoliant, foot/leg massage with lotion and spent $ 27. I would definitely come back.

Wow, these guys say awful, horrible and racist things about customers — right to their faces because I guess they assume no one can understand them. Or maybe they don’t care. I would not be surprised if they are not using underage labor. Their service is terrible and way overpriced. All we wanted were 2 simple manicures, our cuticles cleaned up. We told them that — maybe three times. Still they set up chairs for two pedicures, and then acted surprised, like they don’t understand English, when we told them we only wanted manicures.(I think that’s customary.) Then they made it sound like they would get to us right away — they had an assembly line of pedicures going — but it took maybe another half hour before a mere child sauntered over to work on my b/f’s nails. My attendant was clearly in over her head and was replaced after about 5 mins with the woman who appeared to be in charge. She proceeded to whack away at my nails, literally, cutting deeply into the skin at my nailbed. My nails have never had this much depth. I can already see the skin peeling back and I’m seriously now worried about infections. I go to these places maybe twice a year, usually before a trip just to get my nails cleaned up, so I’m no expert. But I know you can find a better deal within blocks of this place, run by people who would at least be grateful to have customers and not disrespect them and treat them the way this place does.

Wow! The women in this salon make very nasty, derogatory and often racist remarks right to their customers’ faces, assuming that no one could understand them. I witnessed this personally when I ended up here recently. What’s more, their subpar service is extremely overpriced. At least that was my experience. My b/f and I went in and asked for manicures. «What else?» they asked, cause I guess no one just gets a manicure. I said«A manicure. That’s all.» Still they prepared two tubs for pedicures for us and then acted indignant and like they didn’t understand English when we reminded them again that we only wanted manicures. This place had an assembly line of pedicures, about a dozen girls — all of them about 12 — scrubbing away at people’s feet; something didn’t feel or look right about it. And perhaps that’s why they speak so ill of their customers. The woman who eventually did my nails — she seemed to be the one in charge — began hacking, literally hacking, away at the nails, cutting large chunks of actual skin from the base of the nailbed to the point where I could feel it hurt at times. A manicure isn’t suppose to hurt. I’m just praying it doesn’t lead to an infection. Michael ended up with an inexperienced attendant and it looked like a 3 year old had done his nails. I’m not kidding. They were crocked and had flecks of blue throughout from the file she had used. I’m not an expert in nail salons by any means, thank God, but I do know that there are a number of other places close by that are less expensive and where customers are treated with respect and like their business is valued. This is certainly not that place.

Patty is kind, and sharp as a whip. She runs a tight ship, and the place is very clean. The liner in the tub is the only way to get a clean pedi, and is worth the $ 2. My shellac lasts for weeks without chipping, and the pedicure is always great. They also have a great polish selection. Patty does my brows, and she does a way better job for about half the price of the woman who I used to go to. If you want to be in and out in 40 minutes, make an appointment. Walk-ins can take a little longer.

Love this place. Patty is amazing here. Her and her staff are warm and friendly. She took the time to explain different nail options and I decided to go w gel. Why, in all my years I’ve never tried this? I am so happy w such a natural look! She is now my go to. Thank you!!!

I have to agree with the person who wrote that this place is overpriced. I went there for the first time. They’re open later than other places in the neighborhood, so that’s a plus. Throughout my manicure, I thought to myself that they were doing a good job and were very thorough. However, when I left, I was charged an extra $ 5 for removing my shellac manicure. Now, I totally understand that if I had walked in off the street and asked to get it removed — or if I needed it removed and was getting a basic manicure. But, I was getting a shellac manicure! The owner claimed every place does that, but I get shellac manicures on a regular basis and have never been charged to have the gel removed when I’m getting gel put back on. The policy makes no sense — it punishes, rather than rewards those of us who would come back on a regular basis. Unfortunately, I left with a bad taste in my mouth and am not sure I’ll return.

I had a great manicure and a pedicure and a leg, foot, arm, and neck massage all for $ 42. They were very kind and efficient. It was more than worth it, These women work hard and aren’t paid a lot. They also deserve a good tip. Would any of you do this job for low pay?

This is my new favorite local nail salon. Under the same ownership as Madison Nails, this location is brand new, always clean, and they give the best mani/pedis. I usually get a shellac mani & spa pedi, which last for two plus weeks, and cost less than $ 60. I recommend Patty!

I would definitely disagree with the low rating on here. I have gone here about 6 times and every time I have had a great experience. The only thing I will say is they are a little over priced, but I think that is because they are new. Their pedi’s are NOT $ 40, I just got one and it was $ 27. A fill is also $ 25 I recommend this place a lot, they are all so nice and very sweet!

I hate to write a bad review for this place, as I know they just opened 9 months ago, but I will never go there again and the public should know. real simple: They charge $ 10 for a polish change and don’t even file your nails. There’s a few overpriced salons in Seattle, but if I’m paying $ 10, you better believe they’re getting filed. The conversation just got better from there: Me: «I have never paid $ 10 for a polish change, and not gotten a file.» Them: «I do this for you this time, as a favor.»(OHTHANKS). We charge $ 10 so you’ll upgrade to a manicure.“ Me: «Ok.…weird.…how much is a manicure?» Them: «$ 15.» Me: «Oh, alright, do you have a deal or something if you buy a mani and a pedi together?» Them: «No.» Me: «ok.. . how much is your pedicure?» Them: «$ 40.(insert gasp from me), or $ 42 if you get the liner, and you should never get a pedicure without the liner, totally unsanitary. People from the hospitals come here and are so thankful we have the liner, because of all the things they see from pedicures.» WHAT? Ok, first of all, you’re ruining your chances of me ever coming back here again, but if this is true, WHY even offer the $ 40 option? Why not just charge $ 42 for everyone, and ensure a sanitary environment? But wait, $ 40 for a pedicure only? Save yourselves the attitude and money — QUEENBEE on 2nd Ave has a great Mani-Pedi COMBO for $ 25. I go there all the time and they are awesome. The only reason I even gave them 2 stars is because the polish change wasn’t awful. It was like every other $ 5 polish change in the city.
