Cascade West Property Services

I have been living in The Newcastle Apartments, in Shoreline, WA. The property is, or should I say, WAS owned by Cascade West Property. I had been having numerous problems with my neighbors dealing drugs, being loud and obnoxious at all hours of the day and night, and I also had reported my refridgerator not working. Well, Cascade West, nor the property manager, nor the apartment manager have bothered to do ANYTHING about any of this. It has been three weeks since I complained about my fridge, and I have had about $ 300 in food ruined. I decided to contact Cascade West and report these things and how the management was doing nothing. I received no phone call, no letter, nothing. I decided to drive to this Cascade West Ballard office and have a chat with the man who was supposed to be there? Instead I found a mailbox that had been overstuffed with mail from the previous month. No one was living there! So I left a written letter and left it on the pile of mail in the mailbox. Since then, my neighbors house has been raided, my fridge has not been fixed, and the drug deals seem to keep going on. I will be moving out and all I can say is DO NOT MOVE TO THE NEWCASTLE APARTMENTS IN SHORELINE, WA 98 133 AND DO NOT GO THROUGH ANYTHING LISTED UNDER CASCADE WEST PROPERTY SERVICES. THEY DO NOTHING FOR THEIR PAYING TENANTS BECAUSE THEY DON’T EVEN EXIST!!! DO NOT GET SCAMMED INTO PAYING ALMOST $ 700 TO LIVE IN A COMPLETE SH*T HOLE SURROUNDED BY DRUGS AND PROSTITUTION!!!
