It’s simple they are amazing and awesome! Dr. Jessica Cowan and Dr. Jamie Pfiffer are awesome! Everyone truly cares about you and your health. They take their time — I often think Dr. Cowan is actually reviewing my file prior to coming in to meet with me. She asks me about things we spoke about several visits earlier. I’m completely impressed.

I’m always greeted by friendly staff on the phone or at check-​in. I have seen Dr. Abbey twice, both times I’ve come here, and she is great, as is her assistant. They make me feel comfortable no matter what I say, good sense of humor and are really down to earth, will give it to me straight, «ya know, if it hurts, don’t do it.»
But seriously, this place is a life saver. I don’t have health insurance and had no clue this place existed. They do sliding scale fees even $ 0 if you prove worthy. I pay $ 15 for each visit and labs are discounted too. They see kids, adults, and can get you in relatively quickly most of the time.
Whether it’s OB/​GYN, dermatology, family care, or general stuff, they can take care of you. Don’t let your lack of health insurance or money stop you from getting care. Come in to Carolyn Downs’ clinic and get better!

2.5 Hours in waiting room for my appointment. That’s annoying.
I get it — us folks without health insurance need to take any kind of health care we can get… but this was silly. (yes I said silly)
Front desk girl took herself WAY to seriously.
The doctor and nurse once I finally saw them — were very nice and caring. I think if I did not have insurance starting in October; I would go back– but plan to be there for at least 3 hours.
Prices are VERY reasonable for care given.
