I have only eaten from the salad bar at this place, but it is very good! They have a nice selection of lettuce and toppings. I especially love the fact that they have plain avocado and real bacon bits. They also have the largest selection of salad dressing at any salad bar that I’ve seen in downtown Seattle. There aren’t a lot of seats for eating there, but I tend to grab my food and take it back to the office so this works great for me. They have a nice variety of hot foods to chose from as well. Better selection than Market Fresh.

This place is right beside my work, has really reasonable pricing(usually my mix of salad and a couple sides is around $ 5.50) and it’s fast. Really good for a quick lunch or grabbing something to go.

I love the salad bar here. Fresh veggies and many protein options at a good price. I can load up with chicken, avocado, hard boiled egg, sunflower seeds and good dressing for under $ 7. They have indoor and outdoor seating.

Pretty sure they use the cheapest, non organic ingredients and they expect«god» to take care of the rest.

Café Sisters Garden is a solid 3 stars — quick and convenient lunch for those who work nearby. I’d never drive out of my way to come here, but it was like two blocks away from where I used to work, so I used to go here a couple times a month. Prices are decent(considering it’s one of those pay-by-weight salad bar places) and staff is friendly. They have a good selection of foods items, including an extensive salad bar and some warm entrée items, and even mozzarella sticks. Fresh foods always looked fresh, everything was the right temperature, etc. My main critique is that it didn’t appear to have any rotating menu items, so if you go there frequently, there isn’t much variety(after a while) to choose from. That said, it shares the same space/unit as a burrito place and a sandwiches/soup place so maybe you can get more variety that way!

MOST of the staff here are nice, but one girl in particular should be fired. She’s playing with her cell phone all of the time, has a sour puss face and can barely muster up the trouble to say hello. It’s obvious that she hates being there, maybe she hates her life, probably both. I would go here much more often if it weren’t for crappy service. Yes yes, I understand it’s a casual salad bar, buffet and not fine dining, but man, if I walk into a place of business and feel like the worker(s) are irritated that I’m actually making them work(gasp!) and when I say«work» I mean ring up my salad that I made myself, then I’m not going to come back. This place has decent food but is almost always empty… Hmmm… wonder why…

I appreciate the avocado and fresh fruits on the bar, but there are too many salad bar type places in the area for me to give Sister’s a higher score. They pretty much blast Christian music all day long and I can’t stand it. Seriously, I don’t want to hear about your religious views when I’m eating my salad. I hate eating my lunch at my desk, but if I want a quick and tasty salad, there’s no way I can eat in the café. There is outdoor seating, but this is Seattle so that’s only an option like two months out the year. The ladies behind the counter are generally pretty friendly, or at the very least fast. The gentleman, who seems like he may be the manager, doesn’t seem to want to ring up customers and isn’t afraid to let it show. Not my cup of tea.

Fully decent! Don’t come out of town to go here! Eat here if you work here! I do! So — Sister’s. It’s a love/hate relationship. It’s cheap, it’s close, it’s decent. So, so torn. The burritos here are totally not worth mentioning, IMO, because, well, just kinda flavorless if you ask me. Unless you’re talking about a breakfast burrito, cause that, that is on the money. Recommended. Probably need to try a few other things to give it a fair shake. If you work near here, check it out. You might come back once a month to grab something. One of those sorts of places. Super clean. Nice people. Good stuff! Thanks for listening!

Wasn’t a huge fan upon my first visit here, but gave it another shot as I remember that their offering is quite diverse! You can get practically anything you can think of here, from bulgogi to burgers or salad to steaks(ok, cheesesteaks… but I really wanted to use another«s» word to make that sound cool) Anyway, I had their Cheesesteak and fries combo last time I ventured in. While it wasn’t the most amazing cheesesteak I’ve ever had, it definitely satisfied the craving. It was all very cheap as well. Come here if you just don’t know what you want for lunch and work around the area. I’m sure you’ll find something that works!

Mexican-Korean fusion. I’m so glad it’s a thing. Definitely try a kalbi or bulgogi burrito if you stop in here. It’s pretty awesome: flavorful, juicy beef with rice, beans, and salsa. Besides that, this place has a sandwich bar and a salad buffet. The food quality is pretty decent. Seating is outdoor and limited.

I’ve had the burgers, fries and a few run-in’s with the pound buffet. Consistently solid and just good for that spot you crave. The staff is usually rather pleasant, the space is rather clean and the lunch is steadily busy. The buffet has a few things I really like, even if they’re simple items: the rice(plain pot and mixed fried), the roasted asparagus(nice flavor and texture) and the sweet potato tempura. It’s not as vast compared to the local competitors down the street but it has unique items(i.e., taquitos) for those who like variety and it does have a few go-to’s. One thing to improve on is the sweet potato tempura… it’s not consistent at all — some pieces are lighter/heavier on the batter while others have both(lending a clumpy appearance). TL:DR. It’s good. I haven’t had the soup, yet, though.

Id rate lower but the half sandwich was good and the salad bar and burritos looked good. The soup however was mushy and probably canned. I got veggie beef and it had that strange taste I’ve only tasted in canned. I also had to say one scond please about 3 times since the lady thought second meant soup or something.

Love this place. It’s never crowded. You pay for the food by weight. It’s about $ 5.99 lb. Priced a little lower than the other similar restaurants. They have a good selection of hot and cold food.

I walked in this place because a sandwich sign on the street said this place just opened. The menu was very diverse as they have philly cheesesteak and barritos. I went for the tortilla-less barritos because one of their beef choices is «kalbi.» Having experience Marination and how a fusion of Mexican and Korean food can be, I was eager to see how this would be. The food tasted very authentic Mexican(or American Mexican, given that American’s don’t really know Mexican food, right?) but with an extra something that made it better. While that description sounds vague, I will leave to other better writers to put the experience to word. I was decently happy with the food and wouldn’t mind going again.

its too bad that i dont work in downtown otherwise i’d be there EVERYDAY! it’d make my life much easier buy not having to pack lunch. They have a GREAT selection of prepared food and their salad bar is complete! all assortments of toppings, meats, fruits etc. They even have hot foods too. You can order off a menu also and their sub sandwhiches are pretty legit. The fries that come with are the fat juicy ones like red robins a TOTAL plus! the price is right too. Overrall its not fancy dining but if you want a filler up meal with healthy options.(or not) sisters garden café is a GO! i give it a 2 thumbs up. the place is bright, clean and spacious. i wish i worked in downtown! ps. im all about the salads and their dressing selection was awesome. try the sundried tomatoe salad dressing. and the cranberry cream sauce dressing too. yum yum!

It’s the love child of Mel’s Market and Market Fresh. Sorry, but it’s hard not to compare it to those two restaurants just up the street. I had the hardest time deciding whether I wanted sandwich or hot food from the salad bar. I ended up choosing the salad bar because there were too many people in line for the sandwich station. The salad bar was nice and open. At Market Fresh people tend to take their sweet time and hold up the line *cough* …Jurors… *cough*(smirk). I’ll have to try that cheesesteak sandwich. The Unilocalers below got me all curious.

I came to Sister’s Garden for lunch, and was impressed the wide selection on their menu. After a long struggle of deciding between the pepper cheese steak sandwich, spicy chicken sandwich, chicken club, or kalbi burrito, i finally chose the spicy chkn sandwich. After I ordered I went to look for a seat and encountered the buffet which i initially mistook for a just a salad bar, and was kicking myself as i sat down. The spicy chicken sandwich couldn’t have been better, and the steak fries were an added bonus. My coworkers got: pepper cheese steak sandwich, salad buffet, random items from entire buffet(teriyaki, meatballs, sweet potato tempura, etc), and mushroom cheese steak. All received praise; portions were hearty and flavor was just right, as well as good prices. Definitely coming back, many times. So many things I haven’t tried yet.

Your typical buy by the pound establishment that also happens to have a burrito bar. The breakfast is cooked to order which is something that I am really a fan of. I love my breakfast and hate it when I see a bunch of sad sandwiches sitting under heat lamps. The buffet section has your normal offerings with the addition of enchiladas which didn’t quite look very appetizing. The other offerings pretty much mirror that of Market Fresh or World Asian which aren’t too far away from this establishment. All in all I would come back for the breakfast but if I didn’t work in the Wells Fargo Tower I wouldn’t make a trip here to get lunch.

Tucked under the southern escalators of the Wells Fargo Building in downtown Seattle, Sister’s just opened yesterday! I stumbled across it as I was hungrily wondering around looking for grub and I don’t regret stopping in. First I noticed how open the café is, which allows many people to navigate the big salad bar, burrito, sandwich, and specialty salad stations. I was really impressed with their selection of food and how clean the place was(okay, it was only their second day…). I ordered the Philly Cheese Steak Sandwich and it came out within 5 minutes. They didn’t give me many steak fries, which was too bad because they were pretty good. A note to the establishment: more seasoning and please offer a selection of sauces to dip the fries in. The sandwich was terrific and had a great amount of jalapenos. I’ll definitely be calling-in orders and swinging through for a salad again soon.

This place just opened near my work. I went to go check it out today and ordered a spicy pork burrito. It was a bit different from what I expected – the pork was kind of like spicy pork bulgogi so it had a more of an Asian style taste to it. Their do-it-your self salad bar looked pretty impressive. It had wide variety of hot foods, salads and fruits including grilled asparagus, fried chicken, pasta salads, pot stickers, etc. There are 3 or 4 seating tables which is nice because we didn’t have to take it elsewhere to eat. They also have variety of other food items on the menu, like sandwiches, ready made salads, burgers, soup and breakfast food(which is only served till 10am). The price was reasonable, my burrito came out to about $ 6 and my coworker who ordered salad/hot food was about $ 5 for plate. I think they should have some music playing because it was really quiet in there for pretty big space they occupy and felt a bit awkward when we dined in. But I’ll probably come back again to try their other items on their menu.
