Burger King

I try and give this place multiple chances but sadly each time it’s like their speaker is either broken and my order isn’t always completely understood. I know it’s a small and seemingly ridiculous reason to post but can you please start repeating your customers orders back. Also, if you come later in the evening to this location the fries will be cold so order their onion rings. Also, don’t expect evenly shredded lettuce. I have had the square ends chucky parts of the lettuce and nearly chocked when trying their whoppers! So, ask for cheese, check your bag before you leave and please stop the cold fries to your late night customers! Thank you!!!

I have no idea why this place has such a low ranking. I’ve been coming here for years and the people who work there are awesome! Went there today and was helped by the manger Eloisa. She has the most welcoming smile and is so professional.

Been here several times and haven’t hadnanbad experience. Place seems clean and service is good. Traffic on Canyon and this corner is getting worse.

Starving after a business meeting and having to get back to the office, I went through the drive thru to get a whopper and a root beer. I haven’t been to a Burger King in 20+ years. The food tastes exactly the same with the charbroiled taste.
The service was fast and friendly.

I don’t go to Burger King or McDonald’s too often, but when leaving work late there’s few options. Tonight I should’ve just ate garbage from The side of the road, instead.
Disgusting. Everyone who works in the store should be ashamed of themselves. Two cheeseburgers it were hot and cold at the same time. The buns were hard as rock in the cheese wasn’t even melted. How is this even possible? How do you screw up a simple cheeseburger?
I’ve been here twice in six months and it’s the same both times. I will never come back, not only to this location but you ANY location, and if the franchise cares at all about the brand they will do some sort of inspection here because this place is the worst of the worst.
Shame.

the customer service is really bad here. we were ignored while the woman worker was slowly refilling the cup lids. there weren’t any napkins or ketchup there anyway. lots of vagrants sitting around and staring at people eating. the restrooms are not for customers, seems like they’re a rest stop for homeless people.

Today me and my potty training two year old were driving by when I heard a mommy potty! From the back seat. I promptly pulled in and grabbed her and my keys and inside to use the restroom. My 2 year old was denied use of the bathroom unless we FIRST purchased something and presented our receipt. Strict policy. I was forced to run across the street in a not desire able neighborhood looking for a restroom. I repeat my 2 YEAR OLD WAS DENIED USE OF THE BATHROOM. Congrats your business model just ensured I will never return.

Not the best location and not particularly clean appearance. But friendly, efficient staff and has Coke Freestyle machine (all flavors on demand).
Not planning on returning.

Worst service ever ladybug is rude and was cussing in the front some of us only have a half hour for lunch and they don’t seem to care will not be back

Worst BK I have ever eaten at. Populated by sociopathic bums who are allowed to hang out and recharge their electronic devices.

Pretty normal. Nothing really special about this place. The location is great since it’s basically fast food road on 4^th.

Which is really a pity, because the burger was really outstanding.
To say the service at this BK’s drive-​thru is ‘glacial’ would be unfair to glaciers. Quite frankly, the service at the drive-​thru here makes Continental Drift look downright speedy by comparison.
I stopped by just before 7 on a weeknight for a quick bite. Since there was only two cars in the drive-​thru, I decided I’d take a chance (once before, during lunchtime, they took so long, I bailed without even getting a chance to place an order!). I still had to wait TEN MINUTES from the time I placed my order to the time I received it.
Ten minutes to serve three drive-​thru customers? Really?
When I got to the window, I saw the problem: there was one — that’s right, ONE — girl working the entire ‘front of the house’: taking orders from both drive through and the inside counter, as well as preparing and serving those orders. On top of this, she didn’t display any particular degree of ‘hustle’ (though to be honest, at what they pay, I wouldn’t be busting my ass either).
This is a pity, because the Double Whopper I ordered was really outstanding. Bulging with fresh vegetables and featuring that delightful BK ‘flame broiled’ taste, you could be forgiven for thinking you had just got a burger from Red Robin my mistake.
Rx: Sack the management team, get another person up front, and give the folks in the kitchen a bonus for truly outstanding work. I would normally give a ‘two star’ review here, but if you get people skipping this location because they know the drive-​thru runs at a snail’s pace, they’ll never know the actual burgers are several cuts above a this location!
At the end of the day, it’s the service, stupid. Go fast or go home.

this is the most horrible Burger King I’ve ever seen. Don’t ever go here. No.

For four years this store cannot open on time even after continual complaints to corporate. Their store clock is always five minutes slow and when I commented this morning on that both Jaci (assistant manager) and the cook yelled at me and stated that I was wrong, that my phone time was wrong, that their store time was correct, and that I should not question their clock.
This Burger King lost my business by being continuously rude, below average quality food for Burger King and never opening on time even on the rare occasion that their store clock is correct.

I simply wanted to substitute onion rings for french fries but because I had a coupon I couldn’t. What great customer service!
I will never eat at Burger King again. They prices are TOO high for what you get. $ 8 for a Burger, Fries and a Drink is outrageous.
Burger King used to be good and economical — they are now serving terrible tasting food for a stupid price.

Never would have thought I’d bother reviewing a chain restaurant but I had such a pleasant experience I had to. The service was amazing. We entered and a super friendly gentleman helped us order and was very knowledgeable about the menu, they have an awesome coke machine that lets you put different flavors in all the sodas, and the food was burger king, good for fast food. Overall a great chain with friendly staff.

Yummy fries. The drive through took forever, but it’s conveniently located.

What makes Burger King good is you can add so much to the burger; typically without paying significantly extra. For example: the Burger King staple-​The Whopper is fine in and of itself, but tell them «extra everything with cheese» and now you have a flame grilled super burger! Yum!
Really a review like this is to show whether or not this location is worth your time. The facility is clean and the service is prompt and friendly. Breakfast is my usual stop over downing my favorite «sausage croissant «with Tots (yep, they have Tater Tots!». I have found that the frys and tots have been cooler than hoped for on occasion, but nothing to extreme.
