My weekly massage appointment with Marie is a must. I know she will provide relief from my chronic pain, and also encourage my body to move in better ways so the relief lasts. Marie’s intuitive sense guides her well, and she is immediately responsive if something’s just not tolerable. Finally, she is an incredible Pilates instructor; her verbal cues work and help me find my safe edge.
