I always get beef ribs here because it seems to be impossible to find in grocery stores. They always have them and they taste great!

We buy all of our meat and kimchi from Bob’s! The marinade for the Vietnamese chicken is just like my grandmas. Amazing!

Iv haven’t purchased meat from a butcher in the past but wanted to get some good quality, hormone free baby back ribs for my dad’s birthday this past Sunday. I called in last week to get pricing and confirmed they would have some in the shop, the woman who answered was friendly. My husband went down on Saturday and picked up 3 beautiful racks. They were delicious! Very meaty and great flavor. I’ll be back for more!

This is our favorite butcher in Seattle. They have great quality meats at a good price. We regularly buy their ground beef, sausages, ground pork, roasts, pork shoulders, spicy meat sticks, farm fresh eggs, and kimchi.
It’s so good that we drive from Green Lake every week for our weekly meal prep.

Absolute favorite butcher shop in Seattle. Fair prices too. If you like wings this place has the largest size wings I’ve been able to find. They pretty much can get what you want if you give them enough time. They have beef bacon which is awesome if you don’t eat pork. This place has a great neighborhood following too. Packed but not too rushed when you go.

Stopped here a couple weeks ago to place a large order for 30 people. When I picked up, everything was wonderfully packaged, seasoned with a dry rub, and ready to go. with zero leakage. The staff was friendly and helpful, even providing me cooking instructions for the items I was unfamiliar with. I will be placing all my orders here from now on. Can’t recommend enough!

I love this little butcher shop! No hipster pretense found here. Only lovely hunks of meat and polite service! Their jalapeño-​cheese sausage ($ 6.99/pound) is delicious and smoky! You get about 4 jalapeño-​cheese sausages per pound. They would be great for a summer barbecue!

We ordered our Prime Rib for Christmas. Great service. Same owners. Customers here are happy to be here. We still feel that they have superior meat over other shops. They had a fire this Summer and recently re-​opened. It’s remodeled and looks great.

This place is temporarily closed due to a fire. I went here and signs up in the building it is closed. Would like to try it one day. Follow face book for progress.

First off, the spicy landjaeger are a gift handed straight down from Zeus, they are amazing.
We’ve been going to Bob’s since we first discovered it 3 – 4 years ago when we bought our home in the area. Whether it’s a large cut for a party, or something for the weeknight, they have it all. They know where their product comes from, they always have recommendations, and everything is top notch quality wise. Their new smoked products are unreal, the jalapeño cheese dogs are awesome, one of my favorite.
Also, if you are looking to buy in bulk, the package deals they have are a great deal. Make sure to check them out, and do yourself a favor and get a chest freezer. Nothing beats having a selection of meats in your own garage.
Also, they have bone dust! Great addition for raw/​homemade dog food or just a treat mixed in with their normal dinner.

Great place to buy some high quality meat! Butchers are super knowledgable about the cuts.
I’ve only bought brisket but everything else looks so fresh that I will definitely come back when I have a bunch of meat to buy again!

They have a wide selection of fresh and frozen meats. The service is on par with your average establishment, nothing special, but no real complaints. They lose a star because sometimes they randomly don’t have pretty common things like bone-​in skin-​on thighs, and they are unwilling to butcher a couple chickens to get you what you need.
Most important: Get a spicy landjaeger snack for your travels home

Bob’s Quality Meats to the rescue for all your meaty needs! Such a cute little butcher shop a short drive from Seattle with a large inventory of meats (including some more exotic varieties like rabbit or guinea hen) and knowledgeable staff. We found ourselves here today because both Don and Joe’s and Rain Shadow did not have what we were looking for. Bob’s not only had the meat (which happened to be 4 racks of lamb), but put it on hold for us when we called ahead. Friendly service, fast check out, and quality products! A+!

I used to live on Beacon Hill and discovered this GEM… I have since moved to the Normandy Park Area and I still get my meat from BQM bc they seem to be «a cut above the rest»

Recently they’ve had maple bacon, which has the best flavor of their bacon selections (they also have smokehouse –I’d call this regular, thick cut bacon, & pepper bacon). If you’re a fan of bacon, you should check it out.

I had a 1 $ jalopeno jerky stick. Was good, but i did not taste the Jalopeno…

This place well deserved their stars. I made a visit and ordered 2 aged ribeyes & let me tell you, they were delish! The meat was fresh, and the quality of the meat was superb. As for the service, that too, was excellent. Will definitely be going back for more ribeyes as well as venture out and try other cuts too.
You definitely won’t be disappointed. :)

I love a good butcher.
Yeah, I get meat at Costco and Safeway and the like. But when I want to treat myself and my loved ones, I head to Bob’s. And though it pains me to say the term, it really is an «institution» in Columbia City.
Every year, I order my free-​range, organic FRESH turkey here, in between that, I come for their homemade sausages and their duck fat. What makes Bob’s great is that if they don’t carry what you want in stock, then they will locate it for you and bring it in. Sweet!
If it’s busy, grab a number and check out the other cuts of meat. They have seasonings and a few vegetables (although I wouldn’t rely on them for your meal).
And oh yes; they’re makin’ bacon here too. It’s been a while, but sometimes I bring home some nice bacon for the house. I’m told it’s delicious, but I’ll have to take their word.
If it’s slow, you may notice that the extremely friendly folks here will offer recipe and prep ideas! That’s what having a butcher is all about, friends!
