LOL. Everybody was right. Those ladies are rude, but the food was good. I really couldn’t understand what they were saying in English, so I started speaking in Spanish. They were even more rude after that. They definitely are not hurting for business though. The line stayed long.

I had just recently started trying out this place and was really enjoying lunch here a few times a week until my last visit. The staff aren’t particularly polite, which wasnt a big deal, people are people, but on my last visit there the two women working that I had never seen before were just blatantly ignoring me and other guests, and were talking to each there the whole time that I was ordering. The worst part was when I was paying, it seemed like they were guessing about whether I or other customers would tip or not(I can’t understand Spanish but it was pretty obvious). I usually tip $ 2 or $ 3 per lunch, but this time I tipped $ 1 and they laughed at me as if it was what they guessed would happen. What an odd self fulfilling prophecy of a $ 1 tip. Will walk down to Chipotle next time instead.

I ordered grilled chicken sandwich with pesto. It taste okay but another day I ordered taco but I was disappointed… They charged $ 8 for couple of tiny taco and one scoop of black bean. It was very skinny taco and black bean taste was no good. Taco truck is better than here… anyway I will try burrito next time. Hopefully it will be better…

Ask for the steak and prawn taco plate. It’s not on the menu, but they’re happy to make it, and it is delicious and filling. Overall it’s quick and tasty Mexican good at a great price.

I really want to like this place, but I find their food really really bland, which is a shame because their breakfast burritos are hands down the best. But when it comes to the lunch, it’s just so so. The rice they use has no flavor and their meats pack no punch.

Stopped here for a meal on our last trip to Seattle a couple of months ago. Less than a block from our hotel, the Sheraton. Only place open by the time we checked in and dropped off our bags. A la carte available. Didn’t want a full meal. Each ordered a single taco, just enough to tide us over ’til breakfast. Location was convenient but food was just OK. Nothing memorable.

Tasty tacos. Decent price. … Just… eat them THERE. Don’t get take out. Their takeout containers are round flat aluminum pans with crimp-on lids. They’re not partitioned clamshell containers. This means that unless you tell them NOBEANS(which you’ll still be paying for), your tasty tacos or burritos will be soaking in bean juice for the ride back, and will promptly dissolve when you attempt to pick them up. Maybe you could ask for your beans to be placed in a separate container… That could work. Besides that one issue, the place is pretty solid. Though… being mexican fare… ask me again in about 8 hours.

Just another simple Mexican restaurant in downtown Seattle. Nothing really special at all. LOL

For a place that serves food in a hurry it is some of the best tasting Mexican food in downtown Seattle.

Amazing breakfast burritos! Fast service. Fresh ingredients and very reasonably priced. Don’t forget to pick your salsa though! Definitely a must for a quick bite to eat.

Good spot for a quick meal, not the best food or service, but fast and easy. Good things: — Fairly priced meals around $ 8 – 9 — Meat is grilled when you order it — Great salsa bar — Fast and easy Bad things: — Quality of ingredients is not great, lacks great flavor — Service is not very friendly — Restaurant is clean enough but a little grungy inside — Gets packed during lunch with limited seating

This is a good size establishment for the fast food style of patrons that come through the door. Menu is nice because you can upgrade any dish for a little extra. I like the wide selection of foods available at your finger tips. On my visit I ordered the Supreme Beef Burrito. Nothing fancy here folks! Just a good tasting burrito. Steak pieces were pretty large chunks compared to the normal slivers that you’d find in other restaurants. Sadly I wish I got a little more(a drink or a few extra sides) for the $ 9 price tag, but overall a good place to eat.

Nothing horribly special about it(really, what kind of Mexican restaurant doesn’t mash their beans?) I give points for having Jarritos, but, no flavor to the shrimp in my shrimp burrito is a definite no-no. Their salsa was good, but it would have been better on someone else’s food.

GOTFOODPOISONING. THISPLACENEEDSTOBECLOSED. I got very sick after eating here. I found that the owners are the same as Jack Rabbit which was closed a long time ago. This place should be shut down as well.

Won’t return. EDIT: while I won’t return to this location… corporate got back to me IMMEDIATELY about this. They assured me that the use seperate tools for meat so can offer vegan selections. They also suggested there will be retraining at this location. Great response by corporate. The breakfast staff is TERRIBLE. They are always so rude & make the worst food(ask for a bowl b/c the burrito won’t be wrapped well). I have loved their breakfast burritos but go less & less b/c the staff makes me feel like a terrible person. Then today, I asked for a vegetarian breakfast burrito. Staff crumbles bacon over it. When reminded they begin to pick off the bacon. They then flip me shit about wanting a new burrito. As we’re waiting for the new one, they POURTHEBACON/EGGS BACKINTOTHEEGGS. Don’t eat pork for personal, religious or dietary reasons? TOOBAD. She tells me it’s standard procedure. The menu advertises it will fit a variety of diets but doesn’t appear they’re practicing what they are preaching.

I USED to come here whenever I was too lazy on my lunch break to take the walk to Chipotle, but blue water taco grill, at least this location, won’t be seeing much of me anymore. The men who work here are actually really friendly, chatty and give great customer service. The women on the other hand, are the complete opposite. Today was the first time I was served by them, and i was appalled at how carelessly they handled my food. I asked for pico de gallo on my tacos and she literally scooped up like 2 chunks of tomato and put them on each taco. Ya gotta be kidding me. When she was closing my to go container, she was throwing it around and couldn’t even close it because she was being so aggressive, with a freaking container. My tacos were SOGGY. I couldn’t even pick them up to eat them because the tortilla was falling apart. I had to eat them with a fork. Some of my rice was also hard and the rice and beans were cold. The salsas they have however are always good. You can get a better deal AND better food at any taco truck in south Seattle. If I’m ever at work however and craving Americanized Mexican food, the walk to chipotle will be so much more worth it.

Two words. Breakfast. Burritos. You know those mornings when you’re just hungry and craving something that is probably bad for you but you don’t really care? Open at 7AM, Blue Water Taco Grill answers that craving with cheap breakfast burritos. Sure, they aren’t THE tastiest burritos in the world, but they are quite the deal if you’re looking for a quick and filling breakfast downtown. Prices have gone up a little bit and a breakfast burrito is between $ 4 – 6, depending on the ingredients. You can choose from either bacon, sausage, chorizo or a combination for a little more. They also offer guacamole, once again with an additional charge. Not the friendliest ladies working at this restaurant, but I can’t complain because they are pretty quick in what they do. My coworkers and I usually go right after opening(around 7:30AM) to beat the morning rush.

This place makes fast and fresh burritos and tacos with pretty good service. I got a vegetarian chorizo burrito and it was huge, and it was the best soy chorizo I think I have ever had. Also, you get to customize the ingredients as you go. The chipotle salsa was tasty and smoky with a good amount of spice. Even though there was a line, it moved really quickly. Sometimes there might be a bit of a wait if your ingredients require cooking but on the whole we got our order in under 7 minutes. Make sure you bus your own table when you are done. Service was good; and it was really affordable. Two burritos and a drink for under $ 10 a person. And the burrito was so big I couldn’t even finish it. Plus there are so many flavors of jarritos! Noms!

Both times I’ve eaten here I’ve had the shredded beef tacos with a side of rice and beens. What I like: –meat was flavorful and tender –corn tortillas instead of flower –quick service; good for if you’re in a hurry –the salsas! SMOKYCHIPOTLE was my favorite, and I just got really excited that you get to sample each one before choosing What could be better –seemed like pretty small portions for such a high price –bathroom out of toilet paper
