Love the place! I think the owner and staff are very personable and have awesome stories! My nails are beautiful!

Okay. so I used to be a loyal customer back when I was in middle school (2007). It was called Best Nails too… I was around the neighborhood and I just wanted to get 3 acrylic nails replaced + color change + reshaped ($ 16). Right when I walked it I was greeted with a friendly welcome. Love that
I noticed the owners are new and the place looks amazing from when I first came here. My nails are great. I paid a decent price. I would recommend parking in the bigger lot because their lot is kind of tight…
From reading the old reviews I feel really bad because they are NOT the same owners as before– just the name. The owner, Jonathan was super friendly and nice. The salon is clean.

Very rude to me and other customers. …one customer asked why the shellac was not done solid to the tip of the nails… he proceeded to go off on a rant and loud talk to all the customers. …if the customers ask him a question he makes them feel uncomfortable and unwelcome.
He told her he can talk anyway he wants to people. … I have never experienced a hostile type of environment such as this in the nail shop before ever!
He was rude a conceding to everyone
On lady was almost in tears. …one person wanted to jump him…
He never even apologize to his customers
Never witnessed such madness in my life!
I wish I could give this place 10 thumbs down today

Despite these old reviews. This place isn’t that bad. Took my girlfriend here and was please with the service we received. The owner (I assume) did her nails and was very nice. My girlfriend never does her nail so he put in his two cents on what she should and shouldn’t do with her nails.
Don’t know how unsanitary this place was in the past but what it looks like now doesn’t match what was said then. If it was true, they really stepped up their game. Walk ins are welcome which is always a plus.
No one was rude and from what I can see, all are very welcoming and nice. Saw a woman come back from doing a manicure and had a little issue with one of her finger nail. The owner took care of it right away without any attitude. Definitely give this place another shot. Seems they really changed a lot since then.

I wish I could leave zero stars. I feel bad for the poor owner who hired some trashy old broad who answers the phone rudely then when I get settled in my seat she starts offering oxycontin to other customers while children are around. Makes me sick. Not only that but the place is filthy with bugs and unsanitized tools. No wonder there was no wait. They likely only cater to junkies.

This place gets zero stars!!! I was absolutely disgusted with what I saw yesterday! ROACHES!!! Are you serious??? When I first walked in I saw how nasty the water was where my feet were going for my pedicure. The woman kept refilling the water and I watched her pull bugs out and smash them between her finger and flick them to the side! When I walked near the chair where my sister was sitting I saw two roaches crawling on her chair and then they disappeared. At that point I was already disgusted and ready to leave but my mom didn’t see any yet. A few moments later I saw a bigger one scurry across the floor and then my mom saw them in the magazines. WE GOTTA OUTTA THERE! THIS PLACE IS NOT CLEAN DO NOT GO HERE.

This place gets ZERO stars!!! They had roaches crawling all over the place and even in the water where you put your feet! They acted like nothing was wrong. They had a rice cooker sitting on the dirty floor as well. As soon as I saw the roach creeping out of the magazines, I was out of there. I ran out of there as fast as I could with my two daughters. Nasty!!! Not again… and YES I will be reporting them to DOH WA today! I do not see how anyone in their right mind could patronize this place. My daughter said that she saw roaches crawling freely on the chair my other daughter was sitting in. They were pulling roaches out of the water and squeezing them and tossing them. I feel NASTY just writing this. Who runs an establishment like this!!!

If only I could rate a facility zero stars…
This place is down right horrible.
I was really desperate to get my nails done because I made last minute plans, but I would have passed on the opportunity if I could take it back. When I called the salon, the woman was rude and hung up in my face. I should have known they were tacky from the phone call. The guy who did my nails (I’m guessing the owner because he yelled at his kids who hogged the TV, really?!) did my nails so fast, they looked extremely raggity. The environment was dusty AND crusty. I like to patronize business that care about their customers and either keep their equipment nice or updated. I mean, where is the money going? NOT BACK INTO THE BUSINESS. The cost was $ 13 and guess what? NO CREDIT CARD MACHINE! Are you serious? Come into the millenium please!
