Bank of America

I use this branch often. This is my neighborhood Bank of America. I usually just come to make deposits and use the ATM. (I’m aware of doing deposits via ATM machine, but I just don’t prefer it).
I walked in without knowing my account number and without an ATM card. No problem! I walked right up to a teller. The teller looked at my ID and processed my withdrawal. No hassle.
This Bank Of America Branch is acceptable. Some issue I have this location is the tellers, yes most of them are friendly and helpful. On the other hand they are always trying to get you to open a new account or suggesting new things for you to consider. I personally just want to go into a bank and complete my transaction and leave. Checking Fee: $ 12 monthly maintenance fee (not sure why I still bank with them).
Easy parking and great location.

This is the closest branch to my house. It’s convenient and I’ve always had polite service here. The tellers and representatives are professional and attend to my needs. In general, I think this is a good branch to visit.
As far as Bank of America itself, I think in the recent years, the services have really taken a few steps up. I appreciate the positive changes such as better customer service and programs such as deals associated with their debit card.
