Holy Hell this bank is scary. All walks of life venture into this place which also make it interesting. What I hate is the bullet proof glass I must yell at in order to get my banking business done. So until the wall comes down ill bank elsewhere.

NO STAR! Worst service ever, the lady was no help and didnt even look like she cared about my concerns and questions.

I give this location a 2 stars because when we needed bank statements of the last prior 6 years the lady was very bad with updating us and never knew the status. Ordered the wrong ones, delayed what we needed to do with them by 3 weeks. So I ended up calling customer service and PERSONALLY ordered it myself. You’re better off calling their customer service number and getting things done yourself. I mean if I decide to talk about a mortgage with B of A in the future I will update this if its any better.
Other than that, I enjoy the tellers, theyre friendly and fast! As well as the drive thru service and ATMs

This bank sucks.
I have to get a friend of mine who works there help me with any issues. Customer service is incapable via phone. Washington is excluded from app banking and the only website iPhone may only prompt you to is the mobile banking site which again is excluded to Washington State. Not convenient, not helpful and not okay!

What can i say about Bank of America. I’m thinking about switching bank. I got screw a couple times with fee i never heard of? What the heck was that. I might just gonna switch to my credit union. Enough Said!!!
