Jillian is awesome. I have been going to her for a little over half a year now and every time I go it is always a good experience. She always asks questions to see what your concerns are and what you want to work on. I have had sleep problems, tight muscles, and allergies that have been increasingly better after seeing her.
She explains what may happen when doing either acupuncture or cupping on you and makes sure you are at a level of comfort you are comfortable with.
The acupuncture is also kind of cool when there is a tight muscle spot and you can feel it twitching! It’s weird but also very relaxing at the same time.
I can say the same for cupping too. On spots where the muscle tension is tighter, the heat suctions your skin and leaves these circular bruises that, in my opinion, also looks cool, but if you have an event where it requires a tank top, strapless, or backless dress, you may want to opt out of it and stick to the Tui Na massage since it will last for about a week or so.
I also like that this place is so close to PCC, I either grab a bite to eat before or after my appointments!

Jillian has a very warm bedside manner, while at the same time treating with professionalism and thoughtfulness that make me feel 100% confident in her knowledge and ability. I have had all positive experiences. With both an acute knee pain and a lingering cold/​sinus infection, after just one treatment my symptoms significantly reduced. With a significant back injury, Jillian worked with me over a series of sessions to reduce the pain and build up my back’s resilience.

I broke my ankle and my orthopedist suggested acupuncture as a way to reduce the swelling, bruising, and pain and to accelerate healing. Since I had already had a positive experience with Jillian, I decided to see her again. What a tremendous help she was, and how much better I felt after each treatment! Jillian also gave me some herbal patches to put on my ankle, which really helped with the pain and the swelling. I was so pleased that my orthopedist recognized how much good could come from acupuncture. I am certainly a believer — especially in Jillian’s capable hands.

Jillian was absolutely fantastic. Professional and courteous, walking me step-​by-​step through the whole process, which was key for a first-​timer like myself. The space is clean and connected to a whole other group of health providers, which is super handy. Also, you can’t beat free parking around the back.
