Apparently this place is closed now but I used to work there in the late 90’s and it was great. Awesome scene, delicious food, nuclear drinks, and as an employee it was a great place to work. Too bad, I wanted to take my wife there now that I’ve long since moved away.

I didn’t like this place back when I first went in. I’m glad it’s closed now — it shouldn’t have been open that long in the first place. If they’d wasted half the money they’d spent on the lights on a decent menu and better cookstaff, then it would have been better.

argh! — just found out this placed is closed.
i’ve only ever been here for the happy hour — and it’s good enough to keep going back for. the pizza’s are delicious and the kamikaze’s are cheap. we usually start here then make our way to other belltown bars.

axis is an over priced, pretentious yuppie restaurant. and yet i gave it 4 stars. why?
because they have one of the best happy hours in the city. and on monday, when happy hour runs all night, its even better. the 3 pizzas and half priced apps are well worth the trip, and the flavored kazis, if you can handle the sugar, have quite a kick for the price.
if not for the happy hour, its 2 stars
