Had the chicken enchiladas and they were amazing– smothered in a green sauce with cotija cheese on top! The beans and rice are top notch as well. I tried all of the salsas and they were delicious! I’m definitely going to be a repeat customer! Thanks for a great dinner! Adiós El Sabor… El Sapo is way better lol!

One of my favorite taco places in town. The quality is always consistent and and everything is super tasty. If you are in the Shoreline/North Seattle area this place is a must for any meal.

This place has the most well made and authentic Al Pastor that I’ve tried in the Seattle area. When you walk in here you’ll realize exactly how authentic this place is, I’m glad it exists and you should eat here for quality Mexican food, Carnitas were rather bland although the crunch was spot on — if you eat pork I’d highly recommend the Al Pastor over the Carnitas. I’ve yet to try the Adobada but that’s certainly high on my list of priorities.

Great food and great prices! I can’t stay away. Homemade everything. My favorite is steak tacos, but the tamales are also excellent. Awesome salsas.

Fresh. Pure. Authentic. Friendly. Real. And just delicious! Everything is made to order, while you wait. Also, really good conversation. I was there this past Saturday and it was a friendly, festive atmosphere. I recommend a pork & beef cemita, but really everything is good here. And try the flan! It’s more like cheese cake, and it’s excellent!

Great food, nice people. Not much to look at but I do love the food here. One other bonus the beer is nice and cold. Great mole poblano. Fish tacos are good too.

We went here because of a previous review. We were not impressed with the food. It looked very authentic, but the food was very bland.

Great hole in the wall! Huge space in back which was surprising from looking at the storefront. Loved the Molotes and the Tacos Arabes. Don’t miss the salsas in the squeeze bottles. We got a side of rice that wasn’t all that great though. Frozen peas and a bit dried out. Hense the lack of a star. Very friendly staff too. I’m definitely coming back.

I discovered this place completely by accident because it is in the back of a grocery store. Even though I wasn’t hungry(it was 10 am), I ordered anyway… mulitas, sopes and tlacoyos are awfully hard to resist at any hour. The verdict: the BEST Mexican food I have had since my five-week trip from the east coast to the west coast of Mexico fifteen years ago. I always judge a tacqueria by their carnitas, and these were the best I’ve had. I have been a loyal follower of Tacos el Asadero(the bus on Rainier) for years and thought it couldn’t get any better than that in Seattle. But this place does it all to perfection. I went back for a second visit to order the enchiladas verdes de pollo… the corn tortillas were done perfectly, the green sauce homemade, and the shredded lettuce, cojita cheese and crema on the top was just right. They reminded me of the enchiladas I had eaten at a cart on Isla Mujeras oh-so-long ago. On my third visit, I ordered from the Peruvian menu(two families share the kitchen/space) and loved the ceviche and the rice and fries covered with beef stew. Now I have to try everything on both menus. My new favorite place.
