I visited Andrew Ball for a stiff shoulder. After years of playing racket sports and golfing my shoulder had some discomfort after exercise and would linger for some time. I tired exercise, sport massage and stretching, but it seemed to come back. Consequently, I decided to be treated by Andrew. My shoulder stiffness has gone away for over 12 weeks and I have been active swimming and golfing. At the visit, Andrew spent a lot of time taking my medical history and a significant time in performing acupuncture on me. This was my first time receiving acupuncture, I was a little concerned about the needles. Andrew was very professional and kind in his technique. I experienced little to no pain and my shoulder stiffness was relieved, pretty cool. If my shoulder stiffness comes back I would not hesitate in going back. Thank you Andrew!
