Allstate Limos

Found this company because they accept the Microsoft Prime Card. Oh, and I didn’t even get the discount! I would prefer giving them ZERO stars if that was an option!
Where do I begin…
I booked the limo 8 days before my daughters Prom. There were 10 kids total at the time. He NEVER mentioned a 7 day cancellation policy or I would have NEVER BOOKED it! Anyways, We had 2 couples drop out due to the cost of $ 50 each. 10 kids X $ 50 = $ 500 for 4 hours! Well, he was going to charge us in full because he sent me an email (mind you this was AFTER I made the reservation) that I would be charged in full for cancellations! Okay, so «I» didn’t want to ruin my daughters prom and kept this guy named Sunny!
Night of the Prom I called him and said that my daughters cell was dying so I gave him her boyfriends cell number. Well, Sunny said he was early in front of the building waiting for them. They called to be picked up and he said, «I don’t have the car yet and have to go pick it up and PF Chang’s is only 3 blocks away, so YOU can walk!!!» Mind you, some of these kids were MINORS wearing 4 inch HEELS and trains on their dresses but, they had no option… they walked! (I don’t care if it’s 1 block or 5 miles– I paid him to DRIVE them during that 4 hours!)
After dinner, «Boyfriend» called at least 20 times before Sunny answered. They waited 15 minutes for him to show up. Mind you, I had ordered the black 10 seater and he finally should up in a large WHITE limo! They drove around Seattle for 1.25 to 1.5 hours and Sunny said that they could buy pop in back of limo for $ 10 ea! Not a funny joke when he told me it was included! Kids said he was totally driving crazy and they didn’t feel safe at all. To top the evening off, he dropped them off at the wrong location in downtown Bellevue. Boyfriend called Sunny again and he didn’t answer his cell, so they walked ANOTHER 3 blocks to their dance. Thank God, someone in their group was able to figure out the address and street numbers.
We talked to him on the phone the next day, but he was soooo rude and sooooo hard to understand it made it very difficult to communicate with him. We offered him half price, but he wouldn’t accept it, so we paid him ZERO! See you in court, Sunny!
I would NEVER use this company if my life depended on it. Besides, you will end up WALKING!

not even one star. Wish I had read the reviews first. We hired them to take a group of ten kids to a prom. Once they had the kids, and a large chunk of money, The limo driver mentioned that he would be picking the kids up an hour earlier than we expected. We called and spoke with Sonny who was, rude, condescending and generally unpleasant to deal with. They requested more money. Our contact after the event was as unpleasant and Sonny’s emails were bordering on rude. STRONGLY DON’T RECOMMEND and will be contacting the BBB

I totally agree with the previous Unilocaler about this business. Avoid them at all costs. Their ‘customer service’ is rude and condescending & I had the same experience regarding emails sent — unbelievably rude ! I was totally shocked at the attitude and so glad that this came about before we used them. I would NEVER want to use a company with such an arrogant attitude! and warn you highly about their hidden furor.
There are plenty of other limo companies to choose from without having to take abuse.

I contacted All State Limos by email asking for a quote to get from Seattle to the East side roundtrip, and they quoted a rate and said that it factored in the discount card I had. Problem is, the rate they quoted is their regular rate, so they were hoping I wouldn’t notice to scam me.
After comparing rates with 4 other towncar services in the area, All State was the highest. I mentioned this to them in email, and here is a direct quote from their reply:
«The least expensive will be public transportation. Good luck with the cheap ones.»
This was followed up with these gems:
«Oh come on, be realistic and learn to appreciate others services. Good luck finding cheap prices.»
«I don’t have to explain you any thing. If you can’t afford my prices, then go for the cheap ones. Straight and simple. I don’t have time to explain you the difference between quality and quantity.»
Needless to say, don’t bother going with this company. There are too many other companies in the area that will do the same job for the same price or cheaper, and best of all, they will treat you with respect.

My fiancé and I use Allstate Limo for all of our rides to and from the airport. The guy who owns Allstate is always available on the phone to reserve a ride to where ever you need to go in Puget Sound.
The drivers always show up on time (if not a little early) making them a reliable way to get to the airport on time. They are very professional and helpful with your luggage too. For pick ups at the airport, they have you call when you land and then meet you at one of the numbered doors outside in the Arrivals pick up area.
I would definitely recommend them to anyone!
