If you need to get all that ratchetness and twerking out of your system, this is the place to go to on Good Saturdays. It gets pretty packed and they play all the hip hop, rap, and trap music here. Two bars, the one upstairs it outside with a patio. They make their drinks pretty strong, and the floors get super super sticky. Come early, there’s always a line. Bathrooms are disgusting, the club has been shut down because girls and guys have flooded the bathrooms so bad. Gross.. . I haven’t gone«clubbing» here in awhile, but when my friends and I want to get«ratchet» this is the go to place. Hahaha! Came here outside of the clubbing scene once to watch the UFC Ronda vs. Holly fight and the place got pretty packed too. Luckily, my co worker and I were able to sit down at a spot. The food is TERRIBLE! Do NOT eat here. Service is okay, and the lines gets long for drinks. Andddd in case you were wondering, this is probably one of the best place to sneak your under aged friends in. They barely check your ID’s and they seem to think all Asians and Hispanics look alike. I can’t believe how many times I’ve seen my under age friends and cousins get in with someone else’s ID, lol! Booths are super cheap if you want to reserve one as well.

This place is coo BUT… My girl bought a table and went out for a cigarette and had to wait in line to get back in. Wtf is wrong with this place! She waited for 30 min to get back to her party. This place is on the top 10 worst places in Seattle for me now.

It was fun, but I’m pretty disappointed I paid 125 $ for a booth that all my friends had to wait in a line to get back in every time they went out side, so ridiculous… The security was so rude and had to go back and forth between the person I paid the for the booth through. Half of them would tell a friend they would get back in if they went outside and then made them stand in a 20 min line. What did I pay for? Thanks for a good night but I was disappointed.

I used to love going here if I needed to dance to some hip hop. After this past weekend, not so much anymore. The line to get in took ridiculously long, must I remind you we are in Seattle and it was COLD that night. They only accept cash at the door so make sure you have at least $ 10 in hand. I probably got so used to the EDM scene that I realized how rude and disrespectful the crowd really is. There was literally no space to move around or even dance. A lot of people were pushing and shoving that whenever someone bumped into me from their crazy dancing, they didn’t even apologize. The guys I encountered there were so thirsty for a female’s attention, even after I told them I just want to dance by myself, they either come back to me or make their way around my friends. I feel like the crowd from Volume got migrated here because the experience here turned just as bad. Not sorry to say that this place got really ratchet overtime. The drinks are somewhat decent priced but I felt like they were a bit watered down. I was tempted to give this place one star, but I know some nights can be fun(like Good Saturdays) so I’ll give it two stars. Don’t expect me to come back here a lot though.

My favorite thing about 95 slide is that it beholds a quality that 99% of bars in Seattle couldn’t buy: an atmosphere of chaos. I’ve seen a few fights here and let me tell you; when I saw it I felt ALIVE. I thought«this is MY kind of PLACE. This sissy-poo city with boys wearing their little sister’s apple-bottom jeans still has some fight in it.» The kitchen is disgusting, the bathrooms are falling apart, the place just smells like a goddamn good time. You walk up those stairs to the patio and hope 2 or 3 or 30 people are up there kicking the shit out of each other. 95 slide you have never let me down Thank you, 95 slide. Thank you for giving this frothing, sports betting, cigarette smoking cave people a place to get out of the sun. .

Friday night club is full of freshly 21 year olds. Music is good though! Top 40, hip hop, minimal unce unce music. Drinks are decently priced, but not too strong.

Ridiculous. We went as a group to watch a football game and the place was not all that busy really. Plenty of seats available. One member of our party asked for ranch with her appetizer 4 times before receiving it! And I asked for a beer and was offered the wrong beer twice. It’s not that hard people. As for the food, I had one of my friend’s tater tots and it was just bad. Cold and greasy with no seasoning. Worse than cafeteria food. I’m not sure how this can exist on Capitol Hill, honestly. Step it up.

New favorite roof top bar! Why haven’t I been here before? Super close to the cheap parking garage, small enough to feel intimate, and the drink prices are reasonable. $ 7 for my double vodka tonic. Two TVs! It was great for watching the football game. And although we didn’t eat anything, the food other people were ordering smelled great! We’ll be back!

Came in here for a friends birthday. Normally there is a cover but it was paid for me. The drinks are definitely cheap. The line to the bar definitely gets packed but the bartenders keep the line moving. The beer is cold and worth it, though it definitely gets hot inside. The music is jumping and the crowd is friendly.

While bar hopping, my Seattle friends gave us the choice of hitting up another lounge or go dancing. Of course, I said we had to go dancing! By this point, I was pretty inebriated my review shall be short and sweet… kind of like me! :) — $ 10 cover — Cheap drinks(gold star for not making my wallet cry) — Awesome dance music — Chill and fun crowd For a pretty crackin’ Friday night, I was pleasantly surprised there weren’t any creepers. All the guys who came up to talk to me were nice and respectable. This is pretty different compared to all the super aggressive guys in San Francisco! I definitely enjoyed getting drinks and dancing the night away here as our last stop.

Researched Seattle bars with a patio and was not let down! The upstairs patio makes you feel like you’re in an adult tree house or something. Bartender was friendly helping me choose a beer, and it wasn’t too crowded during the early evening.

I have never been here on a weekday during the day, however; I do come here often on the weekends and I have to say it does get a little«ratchet» and rowdy. The crowd on the weekends are all almost younger adults. It does get crazy full inside and the line wraps around sometimes but it goes by pretty quick. The bar and trying to order drinks gets hard since there are so many people hovering over the table. 95 has become a place where literally everybody goes to so running into your friends who you haven’t seen in awhile or cousins that you barely see won’t be surprising! Just a heads up, there is a $ 10 cover fee and there is re-entry. I highly suggest coming here on Good Saturdays, Fresh Fridays and Leanback Saturdays. I think this place is perfect for everybody who just turned 21 etc because the vibe and atmosphere is exactly what you’re trying to look for to have fun! The music is great and everybody does end up having a lot of fun by the end of the night. I do believe that the crowd is similar to what Volume was before it shutdown a few months ago but 95 definitely sets off a better vibe. Just a side note, there are photographers every where at 95 so you may see yourself on Facebook!

If your reading this and you’re from Vegas, This place kinda reminds me of Commonwealth. Located in Capitol Hill, we came around 11:00pm and it was kinda dead. Everyone had a 5 $ cover. Not used to that considering all woman are free in Vegas but hey no big deal. There’s a dance floor/DJ booth downstairs as well as a bar. There’s also a roof top patio upstairs that also consist of a bar. It was real crowded upstairs. The drinks are pretty cheap compared to our Vegas bars which was appreciated. About 12am is when it started to get crazy and crowded upstairs and downstairs. DJ was playing all the right songs and everyone was feeling the alcohol for sure. Pretty fun bar, nothing to special. Reminds me of Vegas.

I’ve been here to watch Seahawks games and it’s always fun, if you have a friend already there reserving seats! The place quickly gets packed, but it’s worth it. TVs are blasted throughout the place and it’s loud — just how I like it. The chicken wings are whole chicken wings, so they’re solid, as are the tots. I wish though they’d have more than one IPA on tap, but appreciate the place sticking with local crafts. In my most recent visit I went to a show on the upper deck during Capitol Hill Block Party, which was packed yet really fun. My friend’s friend was performing, so everyone was dancing and drinking. It’s also nice that they have a bar there, too, so you don’t have to keep going to the main floor bar. The bartenders are really quick and friendly, too. It’s always a fun time at 95.

This place has very interesting décor inside. A lot of dead animals, disco ball lights, booths with comfy seating, and really dark and loud inside. I can’t really remember what type of music they were playing but I know it wasn’t hip hop cause I wasn’t dancing to it. It’s a nice and different spot to stop by when barhopping though. They’re apparently known for making a drink called unicorn jizz. Sounds disgusting, tastes like candy and capable of leaving you with a mean hangover.

I used to love 95 Slide, that was the place to be to get«ratchet» and dance to «ratchet music», I somehow made my way there almost every week and sometimes twice on a good weekend when they would The Good Guys would throw an event on the 2nd Friday and Good Saturday would take place on the 2nd Saturday. But how times have change and the crowd is a tad bit ummm different now. Maybe because Volume closed down, so did the demographic from there just migrated to 95 now or what? Let’s just say that everybody is not as friendly as what it used to be and the guy to girl ratio is way off now so being a girl here, good luck fighting guys off you. Line here has always been long to get in on event nights, but what makes it difficult now is that they got rid of a re-enter line so you have to either show up early and stay there the whole night or leave and stay in the clumpy line that everybody cuts in if you want to get back in the venue. Don’t get me wrong, I’ll still show up here if I have a group that I can just stick to the whole time or if a friend decides to do their birthday here, but no more random nights to see what adventures will arise or old faces to find into and catch up.

Well, I don’t think I can say I’ve been treated worse by service industry staff EVER. Visiting Seattle, decided to go out to see the nightlife… didn’t expect to be completely accosted and disrespected by the bar tending staff! I’m standing in the bar at 1:47AM trying to call a cab to go back to my hotel. The bartender yells at me to «GETTHEBLEEPOUT, WEARECLOSING», which was completely uncalled for. I was TRYINGTOLEAVE. Then she calls the bouncer over like im some drunken fool and he escorts me out while also copping a feel. also uncalled for. I understand you want to close and go home, but DON’T BE A BARTENDERIFYOUDONTWANTTOWORKATNIGHT. I can’t believe I gave my business to a place that clearly has no concern for customer service. But WAIT! the story continues. So me and my friends go outside to wait for the cab we called(no thanks to the yelling bartenders and overly touchy security). We are standing on the sidewalk outside the bar, PUBLICPROPERTY, when the security«staff» walk over and tell us to «get the BLEEP to the other side of the street or they’re calling the police». They singled us out, as there were about 25 other people standing on the same corner literally causing zero problems. This was completely uncalled for. You do not control public property, and your staff is not above the law. Common courtesy and respect are obviously not values this establishment holds in a high regard. I’ll never go back. I can’t believe anyone ever actually comes here in the first place. The music sucked, drinks were overpriced and it was hot as hell in there! Can you teach your staff to respect customers? Calm down and at least act like they want to work there? I’ve been in the service industry awhile and my number one tip is if you don’t want to be around drunk people, do yourself a favor and get out of the industry. I’ve never felt less valued as a customer. Seriously, don’t give your business to this establishment… there’s others that deserve it so much more.

Great place to watch a game or something like RuPaul’s Drag Race. Service took a long time to even get attention and after asking for service was told they would send my server over, 10 minutes later they arrived. I felt like i had to light myself on fire to get service. i think i preferred the fun rooftop summer parties a little more then other events.

Oh 95 slide, I want to hate you but I just can’t. It’s usually a sports bar, but on the weekends they move the tables and turn it into a mini night club without the fancy lights. Since edm has taken over, it’s one of the few places that still play hiphop/rap music so it’s kind of refreshing. The only reason why I come here is because of friends birthdays and it’s nice running into friends once in a while. They alternate every week for«The Jump Off Fridays» and«Good Saturdays» so make sure to come out then. For those events it does get super packed and the dance floor will be full. Sometimes it’s too overwhelming and I wish the security did a better job. They do have a guest list with free cover until 11pm, but the lines tend to get long here. There’s no undercover area when it’s raining either, which I wish they would have since there’s no coat check inside. The cover is usually $ 5 for girls or $ 10 for guys. There’s also booths you can rent out for only $ 20 and a few group of people are able to get in. Drinks are on the cheaper side in my opinion and they usually hook it up fat here. There’s one bar and if it’s nice out, the heated patio upstairs has a bar open too which I like about the place. It is grimy and the bathrooms aren’t as clean as I would like them to be but you really can’t expect much from this place.

Definitely a fan! Great spot to catch a sports game. Large booths for groups or tables and there was a good amount of space and surprisingly not over crowded. I like that. Good food menu although I only ordered the moz sticks. They were quite tasty. Everything is reasonably priced and there’s several decent beers on tap. Plus, the crowd here is good and the service is not too shabby. Really wishing I had tried out this place sooner! I didn’t venture around much but understand there is a great outdoor space on the roof.
