2020 Terry Apartments

I have lived here for about 4 years now and the first two were fine and then they got a new apt manager. Shes rude and speaks to people like she is superior to them. Ive had maintenance problems and they responded quickly and came in and resolved the problem but then a few months later the same thing will just break again. Its in a great location thats why I have stayed I love the short walks everywhere and love living right across from whole foods. I am moving to bremerton because i am getting married but I’ll miss this apt because of the location not because of the staff. The maintanance guy is a really cool guy he is friendly with everyone. Overall great location but the apt breaks down easily you can see the flaws of how they were constructed after a few months.

Location-​wise I’d say this is pretty much the best apartment building you can get in the city of Seattle. It’s a 15 minute walk from every major tourist destination downtown (Pike Place, Space Needle, Waterfront, Convention Center, Art Museum, etc.) The management can be a little strict and uptight and not particularly friendly, but the location makes up for any minor complaint I might have about this place. It’s also a very quiet area despite being next to the busiest street in the city (Denny Way). And I don’t work for Amazon, but if I did, this place is a 6 minute walk to Amazon Headquarters! And it’s as close as you can get to the best grocery store downtown (Whole Foods). Did I mention this place is in a great location???

I’ve been living in the Graham/​Terry Apartments for about 10 months. I really enjoy it. The office manager is very nice to work with and the entire staff is super friendly. I have only had 1 or 2 maintenance issues, and they were fixed right away. Great location close to buses and Whole Foods, the Denny Triangle has the highest walk score of any Seattle neighborhood! Working with the main office staff, of Bellwether, can be tough, as I had a special issue come up, but they are all very pleasant and friendly too. I feel safe in the neighborhood and it’s a fairly quiet building. No smoking and no dogs. Overall, I’m very happy here.
