Lady in a Limo

THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU HIRE THIS COMPANY. **See the photos I have uploaded** We hired a party bus to transport a large group of teens to the prom from Auburn to Seattle. The bus that showed up that evening was not what was represented on the website. It had a paint job that looked like a hand painted mural. I was skeptical, but could not cancel on the spot as there were 20 teens waiting to go to prom. I chose to charge the cost of the bus knowing that I could dispute the cost if anything should go sideways with the graffiti bus.
On the way home from Seattle the driver had to pull the bus over three separate times (several times on the freeway) to allow a sensor to cool off before starting the bus back up and driving on. When my son arrived home with the story about the bus having engine problems I decided to contact William, the representative with whom I had arranged the bus. He said he knew the bus had a malfunctioning sensor and that was why he drove the vehicle that night. He refused to discount the cost of the bus because he did his best to safely deliver the teens.
I chose to dispute part of the cost of the bus through my credit card company, taking the 20% gratuity I had included off and giving the ride a 10% discount. When contacted by my CC company Lady in a Limo denied having record of the bus being broken down in any way and said that they had no contact being made of dissatisfaction. Totally lied. TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNRELIABLE!!!

The party bus service was awesome! No complaints and would recommend to all my friends.
We rented the bus for my best friend’s bachelorette party. We had book the bus last minute due to not being able to get the final number of girls that were coming. The person we worked with was Will, he was great and totally understanding of our situation. He took our last minute bus reservation and at a decent price.
Will was on time and took care of us 15 party girls. He took the long way to bars so we had a chance to party it up in the bus. The bus had a great sound system and I was able to hook up my phone and play dj for night. All the girls were loving it too. definitely set the mood and got us ready to go out to the bars. Some of the girls had to leave early and with just a phone call he came back to bar right away and shuttled the girls back. Oh and did I mention they have a stripper pole on the bus? Great for the girls celebrating a bach party for sure!
At the end of the night he drove us to a view point and took our pictures. For us girls that love to post pics on IG or FB that is a definitely a plus!
I would recommend the bus for parties. Don’t have to look for parking and don’t have to worry about anyone drinking and driving.

**BEWARE of this limo company**
I hired a town car from them to drive my husband and I to our hotel after the wedding.
The car broke down on the side of the road after about 2 min — our friend came to pick us up as we had no idea how long it would take them to send another car.
When we called to get our money back the owner just yelled at us and then hung up.
This company might go out with cheap rates, but they are totally unprofessional and unreliable.
DO NOT USE THEM!
