I ate at this place, and I would like to share my experience. First, food was delicious, but I placed an order for well done stake and instead they brought me medium-rare. Second, I ordered a hot tea and the cup they brought me has lipstick marks on it. I know it’s not the waitress’s fault m, it’s people in back of the kitchen, but still I did not received full 100% satisfaction.

This Denny I have eaten here only twice before. I have received good customer service for the maître d’. The food was hot the drinks were cold just the way I like them .i had the fish and chips. The fish was crispy hot delicious. The fries were 10⁄10 steaming good.

Yes, we ate at Denny’s at 1AM because we were stranded at SeaTac as a result of our connecting flight to the airport was delayed an hour and a half, thus missing our flight to LAS. With no compensation for a room because the delay was due to weather(a big pile of moose bunk there), and not wanting to sleep on the airport floor, we checked into a nearby hotel but still hungry. One server was running the entire floor with about 7 or 8 tables and she actually did a good job hostessing, serving her tables, and running her food, while the manager sat at a nearby table doing paperwork and occasionally cashing out a table. Fist pound and an extra five-spot to her for her hard work. My wife and I ordered from the value menu ordering the $ 6 Baja Quesadilla Burger and the $ 8 Country-Fried Steak & Eggs Skillet. I got through about half of my steak that was dried out topped with a thick gravy tasting of uncooked flour and greasy potatoes and peppers on the side. I should have stuck with one of the Slams, it’s pretty hard to mess those up. We really had no other card to play but the Denny’s card on this one. The play was lucky and worked for service, but not so much for the food. 13 Coins might be an option at this time of night, but if you don’t have the time and don’t want to spend that much, Denny’s might have to do, but cross your fingers for service and stick with their regular breakfast for food.

This place is amazing, in all the wrong ways. You’ve heard that the most important three things about a restaurant is location, location, and location? This place is THE case study. Some restaurants succeed and stay open because they serve good food, have great service, or a fun, clean environment. This is none of those, yet it thrives. This puzzled me for a while, until I realized where I was. This Denny’s is by the airport. They have a steady, unending supply of two types of customers, neither of which can be lastingly disappointed in any way that will effect their business: unsuspecting travelers and drug-addled locals. When I arrived, there was a trio of the later type, strung out(figuratively and literally) from table to lobby, in various states of intoxication. One was so hyped on something, he couldn’t sit down and was dancing a twitchy little dance to the Muzak. Another shuffled around complaining about things randomly, while a third languished in the lobby ogling blearily anyone who came in the door. The staff tried to ignore their efforts to engage in meaningless conversation(which they attempted with everyone in the restaurant) until their to-go order was finished. There is no manager in evidence. The tables are mostly filthy, sticky fingerprints and food debris are seen the salt shakers, seats and windows. The floors are a horror. Why did I not run? Something inside my head said, «…adventure!» I need to look askance at this voice… I order a steak salad, coffee and water. The salad is basically the zombified version of the depiction in the sticky menu. The lettuce has brown and black spots of rot here and there. The«steak» might explain the disappearance of local cats, for all I know– it’s cooked to the consistency of shoe leather and unrecognizable as beef. There is a wad of shredded cheese shining with its own oils, an egg, some bits of bacon. It’s topped with stale shoestring fried potatoes, as if someone sat down, thought carefully, and eventually said, «I know how we can make this suck EVENMORE!!!» I pick it over, call it a day. The salad costs $ 10. The tablespoon of accompanying dressing, curiously, is served in a soup bowl(I’m not kidding). I ask for a little more dressing– they bring me another soup bowl with another tablespoon of dressing in it! Wow. The service is pretty good, considering. The staff looks shell-shocked and pained, but make their rounds dutifully. My coffee is kept full. They need to find better work. The again, maybe the tips are good. I for one am leaving a very good tip, out of pity. They might get that a lot. If you are looking for an experience, eat here. If you want a good experience, everywhere else is a better bet.

Terrible customer service. Our server took a good 5minutes to explain to us why we can’t have shakes because she’s by herself rather than saying thatb it might take awhile due to being short staffed. She then went on to complain about her being by herself. We don’t want to hear your problems, we just want to get our orders in. She also felt the need to mention that they’re out of lemon, whip cream and vanilla when we didn’t order anything with that in it. We got another server who was much better, very nice and never complained.

Where do I begin?! This place is a joke. Service started off semi ok but quickly dwindled from there. My wife asked for more napkins and the waiter proceeds to bring two napkins and sarcastically asks«do you need more?» Wow… We are a family of three of course we need more. Also every time she brought sometime to the table id say thank you and she never responded with you’re welcome. This other random lady who I later seen without her Seahawks jersey uniform and with a kitchen uniform on(I’ll get to that later) had to nerve to get an attitude when I told her my daughters spaghetti was suppose to come with a side of veggies. She said«umm so what do you need?» silly old lady I said it came with a side of veggies. She brings them out and says«here you go» real dry and walks away quick. The carrots looked previously and not fresh. Also the celery was clearly old cause I could see the black matter on it. To add insult to injury this same lady walked out the kitchen to ring us up. My wife was changing my daughter in the bathroom. The waiter comes and pretends she is on the System next to the one I’m being rung up on.(How annoying your not even a cashier so it’s obvious) when the kitchen lady/waiter/bus lady as if I want the total to stay the same I say YES. Once my wife comes out and we walk back to the table to retrieve our things my wife hears the waitress say«typical»… So unprofessional! You can’t expect a tip for horrible service. That’s like a corporate guy doing horrible and expecting a bonus. Never ever ever go to this Denny’s or any Denny’s for that matter.

Waitress last night was Extremely Slow! Took her 15 – 20 minutes just to get water on our table. It was not busy enough for her to neglect us that long. The feed was great! Mac and cheese warm, club sandwich fresh. Food came out quick. I would visit this location again, but would avoid sitting where our server served.

I love Denny’s! There are two locations on International Blvd but I think this one is easier to get to. The service is not the best. Expect longer waits than at other locations. This one does get full and the workers don’t seem to have figured out how to be fast AND efficient. That being said, the servers are gems. They are friendly and energetic without being too in your face. The food is great. My pancakes did come out a little undercooked in the middle though. Don’t have high expectations and you will be happy. Oh! And bring a jacket! This place is always really cold. Hot chocolate please!

Definitely one of the slower serviced Dennys. Still waiting after 10 minutes for a server to take our drink order. A good idea is while you are still at length waiting for your server to take your drink order, have yoiur food order ready as well. Our server, Mouert is alone working a very large area, understaffed does not however gibberish you a green light to be rude to customers who at first were patiently waiting to be served. It is a known fact that when you enter into a restaurant and dine, you expect a respectable standard of service. Well in this particular Dennys, you will not even get the basic standard of service.

Came in here last night just before Midnight after picking up my brother and nephew who flew in from Va. I’ve been to so many Denny’s establishment and this one by far the worst one!!! First of, the Male Host/Server has a hickey on his neck, so unprofessional. That right there is already a red flag. Apparently, you don’t take your job seriously and just want to get by. Second, his humor was inappropriate when there’s underage in our group. He plays it off as if it was normal or trying hard to be funny. Third, I ordered coffee and tell you what, that coffee mind as well be chilled coffee. It seems customer service was not the priorities at this place. Nor the workers careless about their work surrounding and not even bother putting on a fresh coffee. Fourth, my brother who is an avid UnilocalER would have destroyed this company with his complaints. He asked for a toast of bread along with his order. Instead, the Male Host/Server went on break and even came back in the view texting away. My brother’s meal was getting cold as he waited for his toast. He then said, «fuck it! This place has no quality of service». Fifth, refills refills refills. None we got. I had to flagged him down to do his table check. One of my biggest pet peeve is not checking back with your customers meal or refills. I’m a tipper and I understand the value of service. Sixth, the table and bench seats are left dirty. Health Concern? Seventh, the Male Host/Server finally offered to bring the toast bread to my brother after he had to be reminded, «oh that toast must’ve been left behind». He(male host/server) chuckled as if my brother was joking and he insisted to bring it to him when my brother had already finished his food. What the hell is wrong with your worker?! Eighth, the Male Host/Server didn’t bother to apologize for his lack of work or customer service. I pretty much gave up on my meal and asked for our tab. This place has become my morning regular breakfast spot. There’s always seating and when there busy service is still on par. Restaurant is always clean and food is always hot. Nice place for a quick pit stop when traveling to and from the airport.

The worst service I have ever had! I went for a late dinner with my sister. There was a line when we walked in. The hostess never greeted us or even bothered to acknowledge that we were waiting for 15 minutes. I understand that sometimes restaurants are understaffed but ignoring your customers is not going to change that. At least make them feel welcome while they wait. Once we were seated it took them like 20 min to even take our order. I ordered nachos and my sister ordered cheesy fries and a salad. Once our food came i noticed the cheese on the nachos was overly cooked and stuck all the nachos together, it looked like sharp cheddar. My sisters fries however, actually had nacho cheese on them so i asked the waitress if i could get a side of the nacho cheese. This ignorant b**** had the audacity to say, «well you’re gonna have to wait because i have other customers waiting». I said, «i realize that, you can easily bring it when you please like you have been doing with everything else i’ve ordered.» So she starts huffing and walks away, making rude side comments so that other customers can hear. So then the sweetest waitress comes up to us, her name is Nicolette. She apologizes for what Nikki(the rude waitress) was doing and saying and brought me the cheese at no charge. Her hospitality was on point. I tipped Nicolette and offered a letter of recommendation. She’d be an invaluable asset to any company.

We were meeting a family member during a layover at the Airport and wanted a place to dine, talk and eat for an hour or two. It was a convenient location down the street from the airport. The location, I thought was exceptionally clean and well kept for a Denny’s, looked like a newer restaurant, that or just kept up well, which I haven’t always found to be the case with Denny’s. We went around 8:30pm and were seated within just a few minutes. No silverware on the table, had to ask for it after food came out and food took about 20 – 25 minutes to come out. Seemed like a longer wait than previous visits to other Denny’s, but since we had time to kill it was no problem. Good food, what you’d typically expect from a Denny’s. If we were in the area again we would give this place another go around, good enough for a meetup and to grab some decent grub!

Tried to stop in on a Wednesday morning around 9:30 and it didn’t look like anyone was getting seated and those trying to pay so they could leave were standing there… yet the right side of the restaurant was nearly empty? I should have known better when I had to park on top of garbage in the parking lot.

I’m staying in a nice hotel nearby,(about ¼ mile maybe less walk for me), and came here not only for the normal Denny’s comfort food, but for the prices. At my hotels restaurant, where eggs & bacon is $ 17… it is amazing that this Denny’s still offers the $ 4 $ 6 $ 8 menu to guest as soon as they walk in! The restaurant is clean and inviting. My server, Lisa, was amazing… friendly, cheerful and attentive. for the short walk, it is well worth the visit for a good inexpensive meal.

My partner and I, along with relatives, were staying in a nearby hotel and instead of heading into downtown Seattle one day decided to get breakfast at Denny’s as it was a very convenient location. Nothing special. We had a bit of a wait to be seated. Our waitress never came back to check on us but once we had food, that was fine. It was very busy. Prices were cheap, and the food was okay, a bit on the greasy side. We all ordered breakfast items. I got the veggie skillet. It was just average. We’d go again if we needed to get breakfast nearby.

I found this Denny’s to be okay. For a national chain restaurant to be almost within minutes of Seattle-Tacoma International airport as well as next door to my motel(the SeaTac Inn), this Denny’s was fine. For the few times that I’ve eaten here, I’ve found the food to be really good at least once. The rest of the times, its been okay. Not terrible, but okay as in kind of bland, yet tolerable. I just wanted something hot and nourishing and wasn’t expecting anything grandiose. Of course, I also wasn’t expecting anything less than IHOP or Waffle House standards either. This location was right in the middle. Cleanliness is okay as well. I say this knowing that this is a very busy location considering its close proximity to the airport. Yet sometimes, I wonder about the judgment of some servers. The last time I was there, this Denny’s was half-full and he attempted to sit me at a booth that had used napkins and empty straws on the floor. After he put the menu on the time, I gave him this«You gotta be kidding me, man» look and asked if I could sit at another booth or table, knowing full well that this may not have been in his section. He was cool about it, and eventually cleaned up the messy table. But still, c’mon now. The management or senior server usually asks me how my meal was at the front cash register, which I think is a nice touch instead of just blurting out the cash total of the meal. Altogether, this place is okay. Not terrible, not super-fantastic, but okay.
