This was my only experience with sprint so it could have been the company and not this particular store’s fault. It was coupled with radio shack and had two employees in the sprint department. I don’t want to be mean but they had no idea what was going on. They told us we were eligible for upgrades. But when they got the phone out and charged us it was full price, and the explanation of why made no sense. The man went on to pull up excel and hastily make a few charts in front of us which was also odd, the woman just stood and watched. Anyways he made these custom price charts and printed them. They had $ 5 or $ 10 differences in them and told us how many options we had. We said we’d think about it and left. We went and signed up with AT&T which was a great experience.
