Dr. Amemiya (I call him Dr. A) was recommended to me by my sister in law. My dentist was retiring and I was looking for a more affordable dentist to go to. I love everything about this practice. I’ve been going to him for about 2 years now. The dentist cleans my teeth, not a hygienist. I miss the nitrous oxide. But that costs extra any way. I like the location, the parking, the office is not highly decorated or modern looking but it’s comfortable and I figure it’s saving me money in the long run. The receptionist, assistants and Doctor A are the only folks I’ve dealt with there. And I can say they are ALL FABULOUS. I would recommend this dental group to anyone needing a general dentist.

I called on a Monday because I chipped my tooth and needed a emergency appt. They got me in on Tuesday at 1:30 which is hard fast for a dental office.
I didn’t give them 5 stars because of the old shabby interior of the waiting and exam rooms but they made up for it in every other way.
I arrived at 1:20, filled out some forms and was called in at promptly 1:30…I thought «oh great now I get to wait in a room»…nope they took a xray of my chipped tooth to make sure there was no rotting, moved me into a exam room, filled my chip and I was out of there by 2:20…WOW!
The dental assistant was VERY nice and the dentist was great. They both made me feel very comfortable and the best of all was they didnt make me feel horrible for neglecting to go to a dentist for so long.
I have a few cavities and maybe even need a root canal but they told me they could easily outline a plan for me.
I LOVE my new dentist!
