If I can, I would give this place no stars. I had the worse experience ever!!! I wanted an ombré highlight done and I showed Lucy the picture who is the owner. And she did my whole damn hair and I showed her the pic and told her she needs to fix it but it still looks horrible. In the end I didn’t pay her for her unprofessional service. Oh, and she was busy speaking to other customers rather than paying attention to how long she left the bleach in my hair. I would not recommend this place at all. Scissor shack was way better to me!
