If you want someplace quiet and by the river this is a nice place to go. I had the burger special for 7 bucks, and while it’s not the best burger, it wasn’t bad, plus it came with fries and a soda. My wife had the chicken and it was ok. Not the best but not the worst either. My daughter had the child’s spagettie. It was pretty good, and enough for a second meal. I didn’t come here for the food though. I came here because it’s quiet and people is nice. We’ve been here on Saturday for their prime rib special and I will say, it’s probably the best prime rib that I have had.

The absolute worst lunch buffet on the planet. When I walked into the restaurant, it looked like a rest home. The food matched the atmosphere. I was told pizza hadn’t been made yet. I paid for a lunch buffet at a PIZZA place, at noon. Just under ten bucks for rest home cuisine. No thank you. Sad salad bar, bland chicken. Oh, and baked beans. Those three items made up the entire buffet. I’d rather eat at dominos… at least you know you are getting pizza there.

Sit by the water, sit inside. Just sit and enjoy pizza with all your fav toppings and watch your favorite game. This place was a great discovery for me as I traveled through the area. It was awesome. I can always be seduced by an awesome brew as well. They had so much to offer on an extensive menu. Funny little place. Sort of a typical local seaside watering hole. Nice bartender. Made me feel welcome. Well stocked bar, and Oregon slot machines.

This place is just great. Clean and bright inside and back to original owners that have the best pizza and broasted chicken! I come here every time I come to town.

We stopped in here for a friends birthday celebration and had such a great time. The owner and staff were very accommodating and extremely friendly. Delicious fireball Jell-O shots!

Like the other review we needed a place to watch a game. We were camped at Fort Steven’s. The game we wanted to see was Seahawks vs Packers in the final round of the playoffs! We walked in to find one of the cleanest well kept sports bars I have ever seen! Everything was very nice from the massive amount of quality Tv’s to the stocked clean bathrooms! The bartender immediately helped us as soon as we sat down and informed us of the specials. We got a bucket with 6 Bud Light aluminum longnecks for $ 15 bucks. That’s a good deal especially during the final round of the playoffs. After promptly bring us our bucket she checked in on us very regularly to see if we needed anything. The Hawks weren’t doing so well in the first half. So the freaking bartender went and bought every table a bag of king size Skittles to change the mojo! If your a hawks fan you know why she bought Skittles! We ordered a small pizza in the 4th quarter. My wife and I shared it. It was another pleasant surprise! Great pizza and plenty big for us! Heaping with pepperoni and huge chunks of pineapple! Awesome food! Great service! Great establishment!

Great service, friendly and fast. However the crust seemed like it had been frozen:(. The toppings were good however! Crust had no flavor. Like card board.

We stopped by to take advantage of the big screen tv during a bowl game. It does have a nice bar. The place was populated by locals who were in a good mood. The wine was good enough. My wife enjoyed her Irish coffee. Her dessert was very good. The bartender was very nice and friendly. The owners were around since this was a special opening so people could watch the game. We should go there more often.

Anybody who thinks that this pizza is even edible has never once been to the East Coast. I don’t know what’s going on out here, but I don’t think enough people spent their Sundays making sauce with their Italian grandmother. And the fact that restaurants cut their pizzas into sixteen slices tells me that absolutely nobody out here has any idea what they’re doing when it comes to making and serving pizza. This place is no exception. Great server, very helpful, very nice, huge TV. No problems there. But the pizza sucks. It’s horrible. If you want a good slice in Seaside, go to Pizza Express on Broadway. You people don’t have to accept the pizza that’s being served to you. Stand up and fight for better product. These people are keeping you in the dark, and you’re letting it happen. And by the way… there’s no more bouncy house.

We needed a place to sit and watch our favorite college team play. Not only did they find the channel, but invited us to stay late and finish the game. Friendly staff and the pizza was good. We’ll be back the next time we’re here. Go Beavs.

Very friendly, good food, and a bouncy house for the kids to play in. What’s not to like? Their lunch buffet is a great value.

We went for the Saturday Prime Rib… it was excellent — rare and tender, garlic mashed potatoes, green beans with bacon. Friendly staff, wonderful service. Good access for disabled(own bathroom)

Fate, discovery of a coupon, and cosmic timing led us to the lunch buffet here on a Thursday afternoon. On the Oregon Coast, one is reluctant to try a spot for the first time as you may actually stumble upon a place with good food, good service, and decent prices… a trifecta that is very rarely seen in these soggy parts. It never fails that once you discover a favourite spot to dine, the evil hand of fate will take it away in the form of a nose-dive in service and quality or a blatant going out of business death grip. BJ’s is going to be kept alive by it’s bar and lottery machines. Like most places in Clatsop County, the local population of gacktards, burnouts, and barfly’s will hand over their government assistance checks and spare change discovered on the sidewalks with a toothless smile to drown their lives in cheap beer and the occasional top shelf treat. Food selection, quality, and pricing be damned… it’s all about the Rainier Beer on special and a hot machine between their knees that makes the restaurant popular. For the time that we were there, the kitchen was there to serve only my lovely lass and me plus one take out order. We won’t count the snoring obese lady sleeping at the table by the door who was retrieved by her toothless tweaker companion about an hour later with a nervous laugh and a «wow, I thought they’d throw her out». You have to love Seaside and the local colour it offers. I feel terrible that I pissed away my life obtaining advanced degrees in university and working a noble career and missed out on the adventures that methamphetamine brings. Dare to dream I suppose. Since it is on the coast and we have an image to uphold(cough cough), I guess we should refer to them as «trash de blanc» rather than the usual nomenclature for them. I suppose the summer tourist season, the bounce house for the wee ones, and the dinner crowd keeps the restaurant side more viable. The modest lunch buffet was quite good and the service was excellent. The owner, what appeared to be his wife, and another friendly lady was at the helm. Our hostess was almost overly eager to bus the dirty plates away and was quite bored with no action to keep her busy. The salad was fair, with a selection of iceberg mix greens and the usual suspects to top them with. Peperoni Pizza and Hawaiian style were the only types out. No offers to make a particular kind were ever made. Soup was in a crock pot and was flavourful. The star of the show was the broasted chicken. Perfectly moist, fall off the bone meat, encased in a crispy and crunchy batter. Best that I have ever had. I did ask for more of that to be made which while it took about 20 minutes to make it, it was well worth it. Attention to customer’s food needs and requests would be appreciated, rather than hovering over to refill drinks and strip away dirty plates. The pizza was good, but not really anything that stood above and beyond the pizza offerings here on the coast. The salad bar was fresh, but uninspired. The broasted chicken was amazing(and will be even better when they have baked beans in the summer with it instead of soup). Soup was good, but once again, not spectacular. Chocolate chip cookies were the usual pizza oven ready /just bake and eat kind. We were expecting a bit more variety, but left full and content. When craving broasted chicken, this will be the hot ticket. The rest of the offerings are just commentary really. The facility was incredibly clean and tidy(all but the local quasi-transient sleeping at her table). Service was friendly. Prices were fair. Check their marquee for daily dinner and bar food specials. Bounce House room for the kids. Full bar. If you can pull yourself away from watching the local drug crowd walking by, take a gander(pun intended) at the selection of water fowl in the adjacent creek. I can watch buffleheads swim and eat all day long. You may even see a swan.

This place is great. Very friendly and hospitable. They are the type of owners that will sit and talk or joke with you if you are there and want to have a friendly conversation. Pizza is good as well as the rest. Really looking forward to trying their new meatball pizza. Great Place!
