I thought it was going to be great for my Dad, the owner seemed to care. Then she passed me over to her scheduler which would never call me back or answer my emails. All I wanted was to set up a time for our caregiver to take my Dad to the doctor. But no returned calls and you’re not allowed to communicate directly with the caregivers. The caregiver seemed ok, however, the room was a mess whenever I would come visit the next day. I wasn’t too clear on what she was doing with my Dad. So, I dropped them pretty quickly.
