ghost town for real, one payless shoe store and Blinn College, had not been here in 15 years Katy Mills mall was their undoing, there was plenty of shoppers to keep this place going, and another one bites the dust

This outlet mall isn’t a «mall» anymore! It is pretty much vacant besides a decent fitness place called: 24 Hour Fitness and a small community college that branches from Brenham, TX called Blinn Junior college. I’ve lived here all my life so don’t waste your time stopping by this place. I recommended Katy Mills Mall which is conveniently 24 miles east towards Houston.

FYI, theres nothing here anymore. The only place left here is Blinn College in Sealy and a 24 hour fitness center.

If it’s still open, I recommend the Mikasa and Spiegel outlets and that one place that sold kitchen stuff. Everywhere else was pretty bleh and had a nicer location in the Katy Mills Mall 30 minutes down the road.
Rumor has it that it’s turned into a Blinn or HCC campus, though. Sorry folks.
It’s an OK way to spend an afternoon if you’re bored in that neck of the woods, but it never turned into a ‘destination’ mall like it was designed to be a decade or so ago.
