Poor customer service, original order taker didn’t seem to care much and communication with what I assume was a manager was hit and miss. Was pretty specific on rebuilding a trophy and it was done incorrectly twice. They just couldn’t seem to get it right, used parts were used one of the times to rebuild. Won’t be back, sorry.
