It was late night. Me and some friends decided to grad a bite at this jack in the box and were very satisfied with the food and how fast it came out compared to other times we visited. I had the stuffed jalapeños which were deep fried to perfection!

Awful service today. We waited about 15 – 20 minutes for our simple order. When we asked about the status, we told the staff that if the order hasn’t been made yet, we would just like a refund. Instead of doing what we requested, they quickly made the order, lied to us and said it had been made already (we watched them make it), and then told us we couldn’t have a refund because the manager wasn’t there. We got our money back 30 minutes after we placed the order.
