Quality of product and selection is great. Wish I could say the same for quality of service. When they came out to measure my job I made numerous references to things they would have to do during installation. After the tops were paid for and ready, I was informed that it did not include installation. Very disappointing considering the price I paid. I thought it was high when with installation. Outrageous without including install. Was told it was my fault for not making it clear. They also called because they forgot to bill me for delivery. Considering the mix up I asked if they could deliver for free. Nope. Just bad customer service and horrible communication all around.
