I was a patient of Dr. English’s for years and I was a little hesitant to try Dr. Eric Francom at first. I had only seen him twice and he was always pleasant and professional. However, one night, I had developed some angry mouth ulcers due to an autoimmune disease and I was having a tremendous amount of pain and discomfort. It was over the Christmas holiday and I left an emergency message about 9 PM. Dr. Francom called me back in under 5 minutes and had me send him photos and got some general information from me. He called me in a compounded mouthwash immediately since I am at high risk of severe infection. The relief was tremendous! The most impressive part… HE WAS CALLING ME FROM GERMANY AND IT WAS 3 AM THERE! I cannot thank him enough for his incredible patience and prompt treatment. He very likely saved me a hospital visit today due to severe infection. I would also recommend him for young adults. My son started seeing him at 15 and Dr. Francom treats him with as much professionalism and courtesy as he does any adult but he still communicates well with me so I know what is going on. He is and incredible dentist!
