We were referred to Big D Appliances through our home warranty. They were wonderful to work with! Marty, the gentleman who I spoke to on the phone, worked me in the same day to help get our subzero refrigerator repaired ASAP. The tech he sent me was courteous, punctual and did a very thorough job fixing the problem. They were by far the BEST company that HWA has sent me thus far. I will definitely use them in the future, and I highly recommend them to anyone in the area. I even already referred them to my neighbor. Way to go, Big D!
