I’ve been using Awesome Enterprises for years because
1) Cynthia is the friendliest person to do business with. She is always there for you, wanting to make sure you are taken care of and I appreciate that.
2) They are excellent at getting someone out there quickly. When my appliance breaks I need it fixed! Especially dish washer and drying machines. I like clean clothes!
3) The price! They have very reasonable prices and are honest. Not being taken advantage of is a pet peeve, as most people I assume. Anyway, its a good feeling not having to worry about being taken advantage of.

I can’t say enough good things about these guys! True story– their website is
–so I assumed that was the name of their business, never actually noticing the true name. I have a rental property and when I was living out of town and wanting to purchase an appliance (stackable used washer dryer), I just typed in «used appliance dallas» and they were one of the first things that popped up on the web. I’ve used their used stackable washer/​dryer for 3 – 4 years now since moving back with no problems. Recently, my tenant’s dishwasher was having problems after 4 years — the heat dry wasn’t working and after I had installed a new disposal, it was draining well either — but I didn’t put two and two together. Well, i was prepared to buy a new dishwasher after calling another highly rated appliance repair service on Unilocal where the guy came out and told me I needed a part replaced that he didn’t have — bam, $ 75 — then another $ 20 for the part, which did not fix the problem. I was just at a point where I didn’t want to spend more on repairs than it would cost me to replace the item, so that is when I thought of Dallas Used Appliances. I found a NEW well rated dishwasher on their website and was ready to purchase, when I saw they also did repairs. I spoke with a very friendly lady (owner or co-​owner with Louis), who said she could put the dishwasher on the truck, and they would bring it over and try to repair my dishwasher first. If it exceeded the cost of the dishwasher, they would just replace it with the new dishwasher. Right away, he asked about the disposal, I said I just installed it and he knew I had not punched out a plug. Then, he started testing everything electrical on the dishwasher and found it was the heating coil that needed to be replaced. He called the part in and came back the next day and replaced it within 15 minutes. All for $ 150 (the price of a new dishwasher was $ 250 + a very reasonable $ 75 delivery/​installation charge). Louis, the owner had actually come over to repair with another really nice guy — they had me cracking up the whole time, but he also really knew his stuff and demonstrated a real natural curiosity about how everything worked. I even had him repair my electric smoker and pull out a rusty burner on my grill for a small tip — projects that had stumped me for more than 6 months. I kept saying how awesome they were… literally 4 – 5 times, when we were walking out, and he said «you know that’s the name of our company right?», and I started laughing thinking he was joking, just as I looked up and saw the sign on his truck that said «Awesome Enterprises.» Yes Louis and Awesome Enterprises, you are truly AWESOME and a real joy to work with-​great service at bargain basement prices — go to their website, trust and buy (90 day warranty) — or get stuff repaired!
