Ward Frances Dr

The worst office I have ever encountered. Appointments take months to get which would lead one to believe that this doctor is popular. After, trying unsuccessfully to get an appointment with Dr. Ward, I accepted one with Dr. Adams. Due to insane traffic on the LIE, I was running twenty minutes late which in normal circumstance would mean I would have to wait for other patients first and then be seen. Not at this office. They could not and would not see me. After I drove an hour In traffic (from Queens) to this poor excuse of a doctor’s office, I was given a sorry too bad. They were so unaccommodating and rude that I immediately canceled the future appointments for my kids that I had scheduled a week before. I even explained that I drove an hour to get there and had gotten stuck in traffic out of my control. This unprofessional and pretentious office has lost four future clients. I will never refer this office or its staff. What a waste of time. Go somewhere else.
