I recently worked with Sean in selecting a new granite countertop and tile backsplash. From the initial conversation through the installation and follow up Sean and his staff were wonderful. Clean, polite and knowledgeable. Most important to me, was that everyone arrived when they told me they would. I recommend them highly.

Had my kitchen counters installed yesterday, they are gorgeous! These folks are professionals from the beginning to the end. They are helpful, have a huge selection on site, and both their install staff and template people are courteous, and right on.
As a bonus, they are priced very well. We got an initial estimate at home depot, and Napoli did it for less without even knowing they were up against the big guys.
Highly recommend.

Recently purchased a granite countertop from Napoli and was pleasantly surprised by the experience. Sales staff were helpful, knowledgeable and courteous and the installation crew was clean, polite, and professional. Pricing was terrific and the selection for the price range I was looking at was terrific. After the installation I had one minor issue that required Napoli to send someone back to the house and the issue was addressed, no questions asked and in a very very timely manner. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!
