This salon is amazing! I get my lashes done with Shayla at their lash bar and not only does she do a great job, but she is the sweetest person ever! Everytime I get my lashes done with her I feel like I’m new again! I’ve been to several lash extensionists before and she is by far the best one out there. My lashes look amazing, high quality, and full.
Also, Jenn, of the the hairdressers, is a miracle worker. I had my hair cut twice at Visible Changes, and they screwed up both times. My sister told me how she went to Jenn and she loved her cut so I decided to try her out. I ended up loving everything she did to my hair. She understood my needs and what I wanted for my hair and talked me through each step.
I definitely recommend this salon to anyone who enjoys great service and great people!

Been going here for years, once maybe twice a year… noticed a trend though, they will mess up what you wanted on your hair then make you pay to fix it. Last several times in a row I’ll ask for one color and get another, when I ask to fix it or add highlights to get where I wanted it I have to pay for them. They do the same to my mom. And if I ask for an inch off my hair or 6 inches, its minimun $ 40 every time. So I would go to supercuts or something if I just want to trim my ends. So definitely in search of a new salon!

This is a great salon! Mary is the sweetest and best! I didn’t think I could find someone to cut my hair but she got the cut perfect! She does my highlights and I love her ideas for my color.
They also have a lash bar in here, which I haven’t tried yet but may soon. :)

This salon has great service, great results and prices are great too. My husband, son and I all go here because we are picky and Jen is a perfectionist. I used to spend $ 30 on a haircut for my little boy at Cool Cuts and was always so disappointed. He has wavy hair and Jen makes it look so good, I don’t even have to style it after shes done with it. I have a lot of hair and its curly and normally spend 3 – 4 hours getting highlights and color but Jen is done in 2.5 hours. Salon is inviting and I like that I can go get my hair, spray tan and lashes done at the same place.

Got hair cut and conditioning treatment. Hair cut which was actually a trim was pretty decent, just wanted to rid myself of dry ends. Conditioning treatmen, however, was LAME and not worth it. It consisted of the conditioner that they use when shampooing your hair anyway, but instead of leaving it in for the 2 – 5 minutes they leave your head in the sink for 10 minutes… I could have done that sh*t at home. They do have a conditioning treatment that is $ 5 more but I was not told about this option. I saw it on the service list as I paid on my way out, perhaps if there is a next time I may try it out. Place was clean and staff was polite. Didn’t fall in love with this place but would probably go back.

My first visit to the salon was for a facial and microdermabrasion with Ashley. I was greeted very enthusiastically. My service was amazing! I have never had a facial before because I never liked the extractions. This was so much better than what i had previously. Defintely will be back!

Really great cuts for my daughter and myself! Prompt with my appt time and the salon has an upscale but not snooty vibe. Very reasonable for a shampoo, detailed cut and blow dry for us both!
