Smoky Quartz Distillery

Awesome distillery. Small but super friendly. We were visiting from Texas and just happened to stop by. Worth the trip. Would come again if back in town. Owner is extremely nice.

Great distillery making some of the best liquor I have ever tasted. I especially love the bourbon! If you’re in the area stop by for a tour and a sample, you won’t regret it!

Great place to stop in and sample locally produced spirits and rum! Family owned and operated. Friendly, knowledgable and welcoming. We really enjoyed meeting one of the owners and seeing the facility. Loved the samples. Their Vodka, Rum and Bourbon each have their own distinct flavor and signature. If you are looking for something that tastes like what you can buy in any liquor store — then this may not be for you. BUT if you like a little something different (very smooth flavors and very drinkable and easy to enjoy!) then check out Smoky Quartz.

Smoky Quartz was a stop on the Granite State Growler Tour and I’m glad it was!
Veteran owned and operated you can tell that this not only is a job but a passion. Did a great job with the tour and I’m also impressed of the use of American materials (like the bottles).
Got to try the Moonshine, Vodka, and Rum and enjoyed all three. Also got to take a whiff of the bourbon barrel and instantly wanted to be on my porch with cigar in hand…
Went home with a bottle of Moonshine and Rum and will defiantly be a future customer.

I am a «whiskey» kinda gal. My brother brought me a sample of Smoky Quartz Moonshine to give a whirl. I thought it was amazing, it didn’t leave me with that solid tequila after taste. It had a great after taste and over amazing taste! I tagged along on a trip from Massachusetts to check the place out! It is immaculately clean. Kevin (the owner?) was amazing! He took me for a quick tour. He explained the process, and was a great soul! I was impressed with the American Pride with this place as well! I am looking forward to the upcoming Bourbon! They may just convert me totally! (And that is not an easy task as I have stayed true to the same drink for 20+ years… but now the moonshine may have been the start of somethin…)
I really look forward to sharing SQD products with family and friends!
I cannot stress enough the customer service and caring that was shown to me… by the time I was leaving I felt like I was saying «see ya later» to a family member!
