The quality of the work is OK I suppose, but forget about their ‘Emergency Service’. It’s pure advertising nonsense. I called the Hampton emergency line back in January for a burst pipe, left a message that was promised to be returned within 20 mins and after two more tries, I gave up. They finally called 2 days later. Tonight I called at 9:45 then again at 10:30 and left two messages, and again, my call was never returned despite the promise of a 20 min call back. 2 significant plumbing issues and this company couldn’t be bothered. I suppose this is what happens in well-​to-​do areas — they just don’t really need the business.
Avoid Simmons if you actually have a plumbing emergency despite what their website and google ad word campaigns claim…
