Long wait but *so* good. I was kinda hoping to get some wifi but the connection’s pretty spotty, at least outside, and inside seating is sorely limited (like 10 chairs /​4 tables total).

Reasonably priced, staff were friendly, and waffles were AWESOME. Only downside is the minimal indoor seating. Definitely will return!

Yum, yum and yum! My family and I ate here for dessert and these waffles are very good, not like any waffles we’ve had before, you have to try them!

Oh man wanted to order like 4 but ordered only 2 thinking it will be too much. The waffles are small and one is enough for one person so you may not be able to share. They were sooo good

Before visiting I did my research and read some of the reviews.
Hands down this place has the best waffles… and great Costa Rican coffee.
My daughter had the S’mores and I had the Blue Pelican, it has peach preserve, bacon and Gorgonzola cheese, delicious combination of sweet and salty.
The waffles look small but they are SO rich.
Costumer service was good.
Definitely will be coming back.

Way too sweet. I have tried a few different things and even the savory waffles were too sweet.

This place was delicious and highly recommended. I had the strawberry short cake waffle and it was great. My friend had the chicken and waffle and it was awesome. I drove an hour just to try this place and I was not disappointed. The place is small, so get there early to get a seat.

Love this place!!! Chicken and waffles or a must have!!! I went when they first opened and now they had so much more on the menu!!! You got to try it! Wow dream place!!!

This place is awesome. We all got savory waffles and split a sweet one. It was great, perfect portions, not Texas sized. We were pretty satisfied with our choices. Eggs Benedict, mac and cheese, and the bay breeze (sweet one). It was so delicious.

This little place is amazing! I tried a few of the different waffles here and each time I am extremely happy and it’s absolutely delicious! there’s not a whole lot of space inside but it’s an awesome little mom-​and-​pop shop that is definitely worth a breakfast or snack! You won’t be disappointed!!!

Tasty expensive snack sized portions. Waffle is about 3×4×1. Had the chix and waffle and a plain waffle 2 coffees. 18 bucks. Dough is hearty not belgiun fluffy. Simple seating nice atmosphere. Have board games and free self serve refills on coffee. Order at counter they deliver food to table.

This is the perfect late breakfast spot. IDK how I never knew about it before. The dough they use for the waffles is outstanding. So sweet and filling. That, and all the different toppings and fresh fruit and nuts, make this one of my family’s favorite spots to eat something sweet and savory.

Everything tastes wonderful! The only thing holding me back from giving them 5 stars, is there need to branch out into gluten free alternatives. When will Texas jump on the health/​allergy conscious wagon? I wish everyone would catch up with the times.
Until then, this place will be a rare treat for me but probably a weekly hot spot for the average Texan.

Stopped by for some dessert and tried the Lift Off with speculoos, banana and whip cream, added a scoop of ice cream. So tasty!!!
Also, the staff was super friendly and helpful.

Waffles & desert was yummy I must. This place is cute & small. with very. limited seating inside. Most of the seating is outside which I was not a fan of. The lines are long also, Who wants to sit outside in Texas heat to eat waffles or the yummy desert they serve. Not. Felicia B.

This is a real treasure of Seabrook. The Belgium waffles are so filled with flavor and hearty goodness. There are many choices from sweet to savory.
I lean savory and my wife leans sweet so we usually have a good mixture to share.
We have had:
white cheddar Mac & Cheese with bacon. Wow! So delicious and fascinating flavors. It really works. My favorite so far.
Strawberries, Nutella, dark chocolate, and other fruit related waffles. All of them delicious. You always want more, but are usually contently full.
I had the «chicken and waffles» and it was ok. Probably won’t have again. Flavor didn’t mesh correctly for me.
Overall, this is a must stop and it would be great to become a regular here.

Oh my gosh. I dreamt about this place before I even went there. Usually when I have high expectations for a place, they don’t end up meeting them or they partially meet them but I still end up disappointed. I was in no way disappointed. This place fulfilled my expectations and more.
It’s located in a cute little house-​looking shop, and you can choose from either indoor or outdoor seating. There are games for customers to play while you wait for food, but the game area is really disorganized. We wanted to play Connect 4 and had to pick out the pieces individually because they weren’t in the box. So if there is anything they could improve on, it would be that. They also sell $ 10 T-​shirts for sale with waffle slogans on them. I’m considering buying one haha
I got the Monte Cristo due to Unilocal recommendations and it was loaded with a combination of flavors that went really good together. My friend got chicken and waffles and it was so good that the next time I go I’m getting that. The waffle itself is what I keep thinking about afterwards. It was dense and rich and the perfect amount of sweet, I could eat it by itself.
The people who live in Seabrook are awfully lucky. Like I’d go here every weekend if the drive wasn’t so long. The drive from Houston was well worth it though. I thought about those waffles every day for like a week afterwards and I can’t wait to go back again.

Nomz! Had the eggs benedict it was pretty good… bacon (real) and ham and a surprise waffel under it but the surprise was it was sweet which I didnt expect at all but it tasted surprisingly good. Nice staff and order came out hot and fresh and a timely manner. Prices are good.
Next time I plan to try one pf their waffle desserts that come with yummy ice cream on top… and lets not forget the sprinkles!
The place is cute and colorful with indoor and outdoor seating. Close to the coast so theres a nice breeze.

As you’re reading this, please understand that I do not have a sweet tooth. Therefore, I give it 3 stars. Did I mention I’m a tightwad? $ 7.50 for a waffle bowl with fruit and ice cream seems a little excessive to me. With that being said, someone else in our group said she absolutely loved it and thought it was delicious. If your reading this and your a tightwad male without a sweet tooth, you’ll understand the 3-​stars. If you’re not, enjoy.
TIP: If you are in a hurry or hurting for time, come back at a different time, The wait can be long even when they are not crowded and can be excruciating when they are. Also, if you’re not starving, order one and split it. You’ll save $ 7.50.

I absolutely love this place. I order the lift off waffle which has whip cream, banana and speculoos or Nutella I can’t remember. So freaking delicious! If they opened just a little bit earlier I would eat here everyday! :) do your self a favor and try it.
