My husband typically uses FTD when buying flowers, who then contract with local companies to fulfill the order. A few years ago, when the order was to be fulfilled by a shop in Houston, I didn’t receive the arrangement at all. When I tried to contact the shop, they were incredibly rude. My arrangement arrived late and looking pretty sad. We were offered no refund or discount. This Christmas, the order was filled by LiO Floral Creations, and it was genuinely one of the most beautiful arrangements I have ever received! The white lilies were enormous and even the typical «filler» pieces were nice. It lasted nearly three weeks, looking just as nice as the day they were delivered! I suggested (nicely) to my husband that if he wanted to order flowers in the future, he couldn’t go wrong ordering directly from LiO. Yesterday, I received an arrangement for Valentine’s Day that is just as beautiful. It is very full and all of the roses look gorgeous! I will not order anywhere else. The quality cannot be beat!

The designs are spectacular and the variety of flowers used in the arrangement was amazing. I will always use LiO.
