this is the second time i have gone in the last few weeks. the service is great in this place. quick, friendly, always checking to see if you need anything. i get the fried chicken sandwich, which tastes quite fresh for a chain restaurant, the fries are more salty than i would like but that is just typical of this sort of place, i still ate them. my godson gets the turkey club and he loves it, says best sandwich he ever had. we got desert last time some type of choc. thunder cake with choc. sauce and ice cream, that was great also. i cant stress enough how nice and attentive these people are for an inexpensive restaurant. definitely get your money’s worth. my server tonight was cathy.

Been here on two separate business trips, months apart, and received excellent service both times. Not the biggest fan of the food at Chili’s but the drinks are always good and prices are fair. This particular location stands out for its top-notch service and friendly staff.

My husband and I have been going to Chili’s for about 10 years now, and we are very rarely disappointed. All of the wait staff and the bar staff are consistent, and the turn over rate is very low! Even when we do have an issue, management is immediately on top of it and make sure we are taken care of. I would say if you are in the area and just want a good meal for a great price Chili’s is your go-to.

This was horrid. The Explosion Quesadlla salad was overly salty and so wilted the lettuce was sobbing to be put out of its misery. No bathroom tissue in the ladies room, an absentee server and all in all it was a complete success. And yes… I’m kidding.

This Chilli’s is surprisingly good vs other franchises. Their ribs are so tender that the meat falls right off the bone. The fajita’s ingredient of shrimp and steaks are just fresh and delicious. We also liked the southwestern egg rolls for appetizer. I definitely recommend this Chilli’s location over other ones.

Very good. The bartender was right on point. Ordered food here during happy hour and also food to go. Liked the fact that they have weekly specials. Tuesday is ribeye steak special. Appetizers are $ 4.99 and there are other drink specials. The bar staff was very friendly and accommodating. My food was pretty good. I had the rib steak special on Tuesday with potatoes and broccoli. My order was to go and they gave me everything I needed for the order. I’ll certainly come back to this Chili’s location because they give you full servings of appetizers for $ 4.99. TJ Maxx is across the street and there are many shops and stores nearby.

I never thought the day would come when I’d review a chain restaurant like Chili’s. Usually these sorts of restaurants are the same whether you’re in New Hampshire, Florida or California. Chili’s in Seabrook, NH is exceptional! We usually do take-out. It’s usually Susan who works the take-out counter and she’s great! She always gets my order right, remembers who I am and gives me top-notch service every time I go there, which is often. Everyone else there seems to be just as good. The food always comes out steaming hot and tasty, plus they don’t skimp on the portions. This Chili’s is well managed and I HIGHLY recommend it!

The good was the service, excellent margarita and fun tablet with games at the table. My enchiladas were tasty and my son liked his bacon burger. My husband got a tex mex bowl and it was way to spicy. We were a little sad that they no longer offer free chips and salsa, but the price for them was pretty cheap.

DONOTGETTAKEOUT from this Chilis!!! They screw it up all the time the food is cold. Last time we got takeout, the food was cold and the order was wrong. I filled out a survey and nobody called me or contacted me. So, fast forward a few months and same situation… cold food… overcharged…just awful and what is worse is they don’t care. They are more concerned with over serving people at the bar!

I recently visited this Chilis and was less than happy with my dinner. The experience started off well, server came over quickly, took our drink order and brought us the queso dip we requested. The dip was tasty but on the cool temperature side. I ordered the fajitas with chicken and what a major disappointment from what they used to be. The chicken is bland with no flavor. There are not enough condiments to make up the three fajitas they give you shells for. The amount chicken they gave me wasn’t really enough either. I use to enjoy your their fajitas but I warn people don’t waste your money. I spoke to the manager who was less than concerned. The seabrook chilis is less than impressive and I do not recommend this one.

On x mass eve I called in a take out plate simple pasta with chicken a simple easy meal the staff told me 15 minutes so I waited 20 to go there I got there 25 mintues after calling I did not even get help while standing in The main area even after getting 3 or 4 waitress attention it took 20 mintues to even get noticed and then another 15 to get my food I was very dissapointed with the way I was treated 16.01 $ for a plate of pasta and a drink not to mention the hour wait and 40 mintues of it was INSIDETHEPLACE

I’m not a Tex-Mex foodie, don’t really like spicy foods, so haven’t gone to Chili’s before now. But hubby and I were out shopping; it was getting late and it well past dinner time. Open to trying something new. Hostess opened the door for us as we came in(and as we left). That was an unexpected pleasantry. Place was pretty quiet so no wait. Got a booth, little close to the kitchen doors, but must be well insulated, because not a lot of the typical kitchen clatter noise came through. Our server was very friendly and attentive throughout the meal. Started off by asking if we wanted something from the bar. We’re not drinkers, so stuck with the soft stuff. Husband happy that they’re a Coke establishment. Turns out Wednesdays are rib night. Had been awhile since the spousal unit had«pigged out» and he ordered a full rack. He was a happy man in his trough. I opted for the Quesadilla Explosion Salad. Loved the cheesy quesadillas around the salad, though there was something a little zingy in the salad itself. I should have asked about the heat level before I ordered. It was probably very low for some people, but little much for my wimpy taste buds. Our waitress brought out a little cup of ranch dressing to tone it down. She was a genius! But the salad itself was huge. Ended up taking half of it home. We overheard a different waitress at the booth behind us helping a guest customize her meal because of dietary limitations. The waitress really did a nice job making sure the lady was okay with the different ingredients of the dishes she was considering. And suggested alternatives as needed. Very conscientious and sincere about it. The lady told her she was«awesome». Very nice dining experience. Definitely will go back!

Convenient, easily visible off Route 1; same side of Lowe’s. Two ways to get here from Interstate 95 — either via Rte 286, heading up Main St, Salisbury to Route 1 or take the 107 exit and head south. During the summer, expect traffic in the area to be heavy with travelers to and from the beach or the general area. Came to this restaurant yesterday afternoon for a quick bite with friends. The ambience is gentle and not loud. We were able to carry on a discussion with no interference with anything around. Three of us ordered the Southern Smokehouse Bacon Burger. I had it cooked medium well, hold the cheese, and it was delicious! If I order again, I was ask to omit the mayo, as I am not a fan of mayonnaise. Prices are reasonable and affordable for the local area. Two meals ran $ 30 total, excluding alcohol or desserts. Expect a busy evening and busy day if volume outside is high. I certainly recommend this restaurant as a local favorite. Friendly staff and never a problem getting assistance. Take-out service also an option. You can pre-order via their website.

Went with family while passing through on Spring Break. Intended to go to Applebee’s but they were closed for hot water issues, so we landed at Chili’s. Service — Slow and sporadic with a few talented individuals Food — Luke warm meal, few refills Management — Amateurish, needs to step back and supervise the restaurant Details: Service — We were seated quickly and the hostess was friendly. The waitress took our drink orders and hesitantly explained the menu. The table that sat next to us did not get service at first and a waitress explained to them that they trade tables. There was confusion about who served what table. Two waitresses went to one table. After our orders were taken the waitress did not come by again until our food was delivered 30 minutes later. They kept disappearing for extended periods of time. Our section was trying to hail waitresses. But in the section next to us was a waitress named Alex who rarely left her area except to get a customer something and provided superb service. We were quietly cheerful when the hostess sat folks in her area because they would be served well! Food — It was well prepared and picture perfect. The chefs did a good job. But it was not delivered hot, only warm. The manager was delivering to the tables on several occasions. The bar area was stacked with waitresses waiting for drinks. If this was a production line I would fire the operations management team. When delivering food the staff would mass for delivery at that table, but we witnessed a few tables send back food, or it wasn’t the correct order. Management — She gave instructions to a few of the younger workers, but spent time being busy and not so much effective. She was hostess, bussed tables, delivered food and drinks — basically she filled the holes without stepping back to ask herself why they existed. Given the other reviews here I would wonder if the team can learn how to provide great service. There are some star performers if they can learn from them. We hope some improvement can come from this review. There’s potential here.

Molasses is quicker today– And that’s usually the pace at this Chili’s. I don’t mind so much though because their food is consistent and fairly priced. I also would rather come to this one over the one in Salem NH– it is cleaner and just better overall. Last time I went though they turned myself and several other customers away because their computer system is down. You would think that restaurants would go to an old-skool protocol or something– but nope. So Typically I would give 4 stars, but I’m gonna say 3 for now hoping they’ll develop a plan for things that may happen in the future in regards to their computer systems.

The service was worse than the food. Most places help open the doors for customers but they didn’t even offer and I was struggling to open them while pausing someone in a wheelchair. I ordered the flatbread pizza on the servers recommendation. It was very salty. He never asked how it was or why it went untouched after one piece Never going here again
