Maids Available does not deserve even 1 star! I had them clean a large rental home for part of summer 2014. They did a horrendous job. I gave them a second chance after speaking to the owner, «there usual cleaning team had an accident on the way to my home» according to the owner. I visited again after that time and the property was even worse. I hired another service and they did a fabulous job for the rest of the summer. Maids available cleaned my large home for approximately ½ hour each time, the new service cleaned for at least 2 hours after each rental.

I hired this service to clean our shore house in SIC over the weekend. I came back to the house to find items plus cash STOLEN! DO NOT hire this service. There are plenty of other ones in the area. The owner basically was in denial that any of her workers could possibly do something like this, and she did nothing to remedy the situation. STAY AWAY FOLKS!

They charged $ 175 ($ 187.50 inc. tax) and 3 people came and spent a total of 50 minutes: cleaning”. Do the math and that comes to more than $ 60 per person– hour.
Cost aside, think about it. 150 minutes to clean 4 BRs and 3 Baths. What got missed? Soap scum in sinks, and mirrors weren’t cleaned to name a few simple things. Ceiling Fans weren’t cleaned either.
They’re ad says: «if you’re not happy, neither are we». That’s wonderful Except they don’t fulfill their pledge.

Excellent job. They work hard and really clean everything. I asked them to put clean sheets on beds, clean rug… windows and air vents. They did it all. best of all i really appreciated coming into a clean house even after son had hosted his bachelor party
