Sadly we tried for several years and are leaving after many second chances and a terrible experience. I liked the owners, and was drawn to the idea of supporting a local company. I am not a fanatic about my lawn and I do not expect to have the best lawn in the neighborhood. What I do expect is agreed upon service to be performed, for my lawn to be improving and To be told if my lawn is Diseased and dying. After almost losing our front lawn to an issue that«is not part of the covered service» we decided to pay more for their new«GOLD service». Big mistake… we effectively paid more for the same service, same excuses, and same lack of communication. Then I received an incorrect bill when I canceled and was told to wait for a revised bill. After waiting for several weeks I sent in the initial invoice with a payment. I received a nasty letter from the office manager insulting me and my math, calling me a liar and alluding to late charges. Of course their failure to send me the revised invoice was never apologized for or discussed. I am not used to being treated this way by a service company nor do I want to invest this much of my time over lawn care. Terrible, Terrible — I would never recommend.

Wish I read the reviews before I wasted my time with them. Our neighbor uses them. I was leaving for a vacation and didn’t want to come back to a forest in my yard. I called for a quote, was told I’d be called back. Never was. I called a second time, was told«yep, we’ll be out there for sure when we do the neighbors yard!» Come home to find the neighbors grass cut, mine not. Thanks for nothing. I will be looking else where for help in the future. Your customer service, as others are stating, is terrible if not non-existent.

Responding to the comment below from James: You were made very aware each time. After contacting the company several times on the quote for landscaping and receiving no answer, there really isn’t much more a person can do. As far as the plowing thing. Your company said they would call back with a quote. I didn’t know I had to keep calling back to get an answer. At that point it’s obvious your customer service skills are lacking and furthering any business with you would be a headache. So we found someone else who was able to give us what we were looking for immediately. I honestly doubt the sincerity of your reply. If you honestly cared at all, I would of received a private message about my experience. Not a public reply trying to clear your company’s name. Good Day.
