Zolton’s Salon & Day Spa

Zolton’s is clean and has a lovely new overhaul. I did prefer the prior setup as I don’t like being in a long line of hair stylists but what is really important is the stylist. Jason Kasprowisc is fabulous. He is 100% reliable, professional, and trendy. He makes sure that you are happy and he is a top notch colorist. I have referred many people to him and I am always profoundly thanked for the referral. He is hard-​working and has built a strong client list of people that are loyal to him. That is only because of his skill and total professional treatment that he provides. I highly recommend Jason Kasprowisc.

I moved to Scottsdale from Los Angeles. The first person I was introduced to at Zolton’s for hair was Jordan Waibel, she has been terrific.
Jordan manages my color which is auburn, difficult to match and cuts. I could not be happier to have only one person to go to as well as her service and cheery attitude.
She always has great suggestions and I always leave feeling and looking fabulous!

I’ve been going to Zolton’s Salon for a few years now. The only reason I have been loyal to this awesome business is the people that work there. In particular, Erin B.
I have been her client even before she worked at Zolton’s. She cares about what you’re trying to accomplish with your overall style and cut. She takes into consideration everything, and is willing to give you sound and solid advice on the direction you should go in.
Part of this is because she stays up to date with what is trending, and as a stylist I appreciate this knowledge. I’m a guy, and I rely on Erin B. to be honest with me, and know what she is doing. She is great with the clippers fellas so no worries there.
I have never walked away from Zolton’s with a bad cut, and that’s because of Erin B. I would recommend all my guy friends and girls to see her. It is so difficult to find a stylist/​barber that can get you exactly what you are looking for. I’m never worried about my hair with her. Her attention to detail is why I’m so loyal, and also why you should check her out.

I saw Erin here a few times. First two times were great. Loved my color and cut. However as time went on, my red turned more orange and my blonde more yellow. I gave her two stars not one bc the first few visits were good. The last time I saw her, she booked a cut during my process. Normally this is fine with me, but she took so long to do the cut and left me under the dryer without checking on me for over 45 min. I was really worried about my hair at this point and I actually had to go find her to ask her to check my hair. She acted like nothing was wrong and put in the toner and did my cut. When I got home I noticed that a 2 in section of my hair right on the top dead center was fried completely off. She couldn’t have overlooked this when putting in my toner and cutting my hair, yet she didn’t say anything! I would have much more appreciated an apology rather than just to pretend it didn’t happen. I went to another salon and the stylist told me it was definitely due to over processing. The remainder of that section was so ragged that I had to have it trimmed. It will be years before that piece grows out to match the rest of my hair.

Brie is the best hair stylist I’ve ever had. She has immaculate attention to detail and always gives me the exact color and cut I want. I always come to her for a blow out and style before every big event and she never disappoints. She’s very sweet and super talented! I highly recommend her!

Beautiful people there, but very judgmental superficial and snobby. hop off your high horse guys. Not good for business.

I have gone to Shannon to get facials several times now. I have very sensitive skin and she always knows what products to use on me. She is very genial and my face is always soft and glowing when she finishes. I wouldn’t go anywhere else to get a facial.

This salon has never failed to impress me with their professionalism and quality work. I’ve been with Harper for over a year and she has delivered me from hair hell and continues to offer guidance along with quality work. Everyone here is always friendly and the salon is very clean.

Came early for an appointment, and now it’s over 10 minutes past… After checking in, I have had no one come greet me, apologize for the delay, or anything. I wanted to give this place a shot because of the Groupon, but there is no excuse to not at least acknowledge the fact that I’m having to wait at a salon that boasts high caliber

Gary never fails to make my hair look amazing! Love my colors and highlights and low lights, my blow out stays for several days. I bring my mom, sister and aunts to Gary and he’s hasn’t failed, perfection every time, thumbs up! Need a permanent hair stylist, book with Gary :-)

Some stylist take more then needed for a cut or trim, gary listens to exactly you want. He cuts by husbands hair as well, beard and everything. You won’t go wrong ask for Gary for your next hair appointment.

What a gentleman Gary is who took good care of me and my father for a much needed haircut. I would recommend him to all my family and friends. Make sure you call him before you go anywhere else.

My sister and I had booked an appointment on 2÷16÷15. I wanted a root touch up and my sister wanted a balayage. We checked in at 1pm and waited for our stylists my sister had her balayage done by Gary who ‘specializes’ in them. I got a tall short haired blonde stylist named Emily who seemed agitated and frustrated the entire time. We agreed to do an all over colour to match my roots and when the process was over my hair was TWO TONED. She then proceeded to tell me she could fix it by adding highlights and adding more money to a problem that she created. I then spoke to her and wasn’t sure what to do as my hair is long and dyeing so many times in one day can damage it. So she brought my sister’s stylist Gary who then agreed with Emily. So I spoke to Brittany the receptionist who said that Emily could redo my hair without charging me extra to fix the two toned hair with highlights. I agreed and while the stylist was redoing my hair Gary made a remark to my sister saying that I was kind of picky. To which my sister said that he had made the same remark about a woman to another stylist shortly after she left while doing my sister’s hair, very unprofessional. Overall I was very disappointed with the salon and I have to spend extra to fix what they did.

My mother and I went here and we were out with beginner stylists thinking they could do simple high lights. She turned my hair green and no one came and apologized or tried to make me feel good. She pulled my hair out when she was brushing it and it hurt all of them could see I was in pain. Also the worse thing she left half way through to get food for herself and her friend that was sitting next to me. I will never go back you ruined my hair I had to get it fixed by a better salon. Go to luxe Salon they are amazing.

This is a full service salon and day spa. I go there to get my hairs cut. Nick is an excellent stylist and I highly recommend him!
It just went through a particularly uncomfortable remodel, but it’s all done and the place looks great!
My only criticism is that it’s such a big place and doesn’t really have that sense of privacy — more of a chop shop with rows of stations of stylists.
But that being said, it’s the stylist that matters, and I say GO TO NICK!

Live in the area walked in to inquire about a colorist and pricing and was basically thrown a menu/​pamphlet and the receptionist never even looked me in the eyes. Guess too busy or no knowledge of customer service. So I’ll continue to drive 30 min to my current stylist due to that. Disappointing!

I came to Zolton’s because y amazing stylist Thomas moved there. (He has cut my hair at three different salons). The salon is beautiful and the front desk staff are very friend both on the phone and in person.
When you make your appointment, ask for Thomas. He is amazing. I’m a guy with short hair, but he has great attention to detail. He can do anything, I’m sure. I have an annoying cowlick on the side and he is the only person that has ever been able to make it look decent. His color is amazing too, it looks natural and has blended well as my hair has grown. Aside from his skills, Thomas is very friendly. Oh, I almost forgot, he massages my head when he washes my hair. I about fall asleep every time (it’s my favorite part of the experience).
So, bottom line is go to Zolton’s and ask for Thomas. I promise that you will be well care for and hair beautiful hair once he is done. :-)
