GREAT Customer Service from Colton! ALWAYS Courteous, Professional & Sincere & as such, is the reason I return to this location multiple times per week even though there is a closer location to my home.

Today I attempted to make a purchase at Walgreens. At the cash register I was told to receive the discount I had to give them my phone number or I would have to pay full price. No joke I get 3 to 6 unsolicited marketing calls a day. I’ve tried blocking them but they just change the number that they’re calling from. Walgreens lost my business forever today.

Healthcare clinic: Is it too much to expect mutual respect for one another’s time? However it seems an elusive concept for the b*tch working at this place. When I was requested to arrive 15 to 20 minutes early for an appointment, I was glad to do so. However, I was not glad to sit around and continue to wait an additional 30 minutes to be seen. When I asked, 20 minutes after my scheduled appointment time, she smirked and said, «its going to be another 10 minutes». Never going back.

The pharmacy lost my moms TIMESENSITIVE prescription after it had been processed. Then the Doctor called it in again and they said they never received the call(which we now know isn’t true because the manager checked the messages and they had not been checked in 4 hours) so the Doctor called again and spoke with a person finally. My mom goes to pick up the prescription and it’s not the correct one after all of that. They didn’t even have the right product from the beginning. Which they should have stated the first time she went to pick it up. The product they gave her worked fine however it was quite the hassle to get.

This pharmacy seems to be quite inefficient. Prescriptions weren’t ready for pick up, or were promised at a certain time, just to return to find out they didn’t have the medication. I have since changed to the Walgreens on McDowell and I’m very pleased with their service.

Amazing customer service. I am in town on vacation and my doctor in NY needed to call a prescription in. My insurance company was not processing because my doctor originally requested in NY. The employees went above and beyond to handle my insurance company and fixed the problem within minutes!

Got pictures developed here., Waited forever to get them. This place has everything, including irritable old people waiting in line with their scooters. Not that there is anything wrong with that. I may have a scooter someday. I think they need more staff,

Worst Walgreens I’ve ever been to(speaking for the pharmacy). They only had one technician working and took forever getting everyone’s prescriptions. Finally it was our turn and told my boyfriend his insurance«wasn’t processing» when he’s never had a problem for it in any other Walgreens. They told us they needed to get a new technician over and we spent 20 minutes waiting for them to figure it out, not even updating us or letting us know what was going on. Safe to say we will be going to other Walgreens locations from now on.

Before getting to enthusiastic, look into Wallgreens’ corporate policies. The are looking to move the corporate HQ to Ireland to avoid paying U.S. income taxes. I don’t like that(it’s unpatriot

I can’t believe how inconsiderate this pharmacy is. They didn’t have the medication to fill my script but in stead of calling me and letting me know they just wait till I came to get it to tell me I have to go somewhere else and wait an hour. Like I have nothing better to do with my time. Now I will be late to work. They also had no reason on why they didn’t contact me. Like my phone number is wrong or something, so that maybe I could avoid this in the future All they said was«we should have. I’m sorry be well». What a joke! What if that medicine was detrimental to getting it in a timely manner. How rude to put the people they are supposed to be helping, in a very uncomfortable position. And the audacity to say be well. Honestly I would have let this go if it was the first time they did something like this. The person in front of me just had his script«lost» what !? You lost it !? That is your only job take the script, fill it, hand it to a customer! A monkey could do a better job. Needless to say this is the closest pharmacy to my house but I’m now forced to go else where bc of such horrible incompetence. So disappointing. There was one pharmacy tec there that I loved and I wish I remembered his name bc he was their saving grace. I think he went to another store bc I haven’t seen him in awhile. If I find out his name I will definitely give him props to his management.

Went to the Walk-in healthcare clinic this morning after I’ve been dealing with a cough for 2 weeks now and thought it was time to get it looked at. As I was entering my information into the Check-in system the Nurse Practitioner(NP) comes skulking up behind me and with irritation clearly in her voice says to me «Are you checking in for your appointment or just a walk-in?» I reply«Just a walk-in». NP:(very rudely) «What is wrong with you?» Mind you there are several people standing around me so I didn’t exactly feel comfortable airing my business so I quietly say«I’m having tightness in my chest, having a hard time breathing, and a persistent cough». As she ROLLS her eyes at me she says«Well there are SEVERAL people in front of you and I won’t be able to see you until ATLEAST this afternoon.» Me: «Ok, well I won’t be able to sit here all morning, can you give me a call when it gets closer to being able to see me?»(I ask this because the last time I was in the Clinic that was given as an option for the people on the waitlist). Again with the eye roll and even more attitude the NP scoffs at my request by saying«I don’t have time to be calling every person on my waitlist». Very calmly I respond«Ok, no problem, you don’t have to be rude about it.» And she responds by raising her voice as she starts to storm off and says«YOU don’t have to be rude about it.» Not really sure what I was being rude about, but it was very clear she was having a bad day, was feeling pressure with all the patients waiting, probably understaffed, and decided to take her frustration out on me. I kindly asked the pharmacist what her name was after she stormed off and was told her name was Kay and that she is rude to everyone — having clearly seen how she had just treated me. WHY does Walgreen’s employ people like this!!! I immediately got in my car and drove to Phoenix to a CVS Minute Clinic was had a MUCH better experience and wasn’t berated for being sick and wanting some help. Never going back to this Walgreens no matter how close it is to my house.

This is a really nice Walgreen’s. What makes it better than any other Walgreen’s? Its the staff. I knew what I was looking for, so didn’t need any help. But, I still couldn’t find it. One of the Walgreen’s employees came up and asked me if I need help and I said, «I don’t think you carry what I’m looking for,» as I was getting ready to leave. However, the employee said, «Well, maybe we DO carry it. Maybe I can help you.» Sure enough, they led me right to it. I really felt like they went the extra mile. Great, convenient location, too.

Do not take your film to be developed at any Walgreens the staff will mishandle it and ruin your film. Two of my last three rolls that I have taken to Walgreens to be developed have been ruined. Save your money and your time and take it somewhere else where the staff knows what they are doing.

Walgreens is much more expensive for what it is than I remember in Nashville … Also the pharmacy is not always on top of things… They used to have good food in the front cooler but now it’s completely different and sad looking. No more fresh salads and fruit… Also they can’t keep bolthouse juice drinks in stock, quit carrying English muffins:(. I don’t know who changed everything but you messed up a good thing! And what’s the deal with never having spray Evian in stock!!!:(I need it!!! Drop the«naked» juice and please get more Bolthouse and the orange Neuro sleep drink! All this being said, I love walgreens and probably am there every other day, it is so close and convenient!!! Just fix a few things! I miss the walgreens about 6 – 7 months ago! Also you really don’t have to tell me to «be well»… Some corporate nonsense? ;) one last thing, it takes 5 mins to check out on your card reader… Can’t you just do a simple version? And have a no receipt policy! I hate receipts. Waste of paper!

Wow. Last night, I offer to leave my insurance card for the tech to run later. and I would just pick up my rx in the am before work. There were at least 5 cars behind me. and I had already been waiting at the window for at least 5 minutes for someone to finally help me(I pull up to the window and the guy says…“I’ll be with you in a moment”. A moment doesn’t equate 5+ minutes.). I am told everything would be ready in the morning. I get here and the pharmacist is the one helping this am. I tell him my name and I am there to pick up meds. He grabs my bag. looks at the slip and sees my insurance card. My rx was never processed through my insurance last night. It took him all of 30 seconds to run it through and get the new slip. Unbelievable. All in all I like the location, I think some of the tech staff needs to get a clue. Either that or they need more techs working the late afternoon shift. Cause they were super busy… both inside and in the drive-thru.

Just had an asain casket treat us rudely. Why we did nothing wrong. All we did was ask him about different shots and what was better he asked if we were intoxicated and wouldn’t sell them to us

This review is specifically for the Walgreen’s website/photo department. As part of a Christmas gift, I needed to print 6 photos. Initially, I had planned on going to CVS because I needed to go there anyway. After experiencing their website, I quickly changed my mind. First strike: the CVS website was clunky and awkward to use. Second strike: my six photos wouldn’t be ready for three to four hours. Third strike: CVS was going to charge me and extra $ 1.50 because my order was under $ 5. Say whaaaaa? I quickly opted to check out Walgreen’s, and holy cow, am I glad! The website was flawless. The photos were ready in less than an hour. For six photos, it was going to cost me less than $ 1.50. But, I searched and found a promo code for 40% off– and do you know what Unilocal?ITWORKED! I paid a grand total of 78 cents today. It was magical. I am now trying to figure out what other photos I can print. Yay Walgreens!

Easy healthcare clinic visit. Quick. Even filled a script for me. came in with a horrendous case of poison ivy from helping my brother clear brush in Georgia. did you know poison ivy doesn’t spread? me neither! anyway, a quick online appt, a quick visit(because i knew i only needed a dose of steroids), and bam! all done! cheap and quick… and didn’t have to listen to my doctor try to pawn life long meds on me. and this walgreens is so freaking clean and neat.

Love that this Walgreens is open 24hours! :) The store is well lit, well organised, and staff cordial at the least. Cosmetics are mostly out of stock… Especially the ones that we need, currently. :(
