Tux Express

DO NOT RENT YOUR TUX HERE.
If you want a pleasant experience, do not rent your tux here. Getting the tux was fine, but it did not fit well at all, was extremely baggy, and was falling apart the entire duration of the event I was at.
On top of the poor quality of the tux, when I went in to return it and told the owner, Jim, about the tux, he changed instantly. He became defensive, accused us of looking for money back, and told us that he couldn’t do anything about the poor quality of the tux.
Overall one of the worst customer experiences of my life, DO NOT rent your tux here.

So I used this shop for my wedding a long time ago. My brother’s wedding was coming up and I remember it being good and painless so I recommended it. We went in and the place was empty. We were sized and out within 15 minutes. Quick and painless. So we thought…
The suits came in the Thursday before my brother’s wedding. Out of 4 suits only 1 of them fit correctly. I mean nothing of the others fit. Not the jacket, not the shirt, not the pants. One of the cuffs on a jacket was sewn shut. You heard me. Sewn shut! Absolutely ridiculous and ZERO quality control. We had to drive all the way back here to get new suits that still didn’t fit. No apology or discount or refund for our wasted time. Nothing.
On top of that my replacement jacket was dirty and wrinkled. I had to steam it myself and clean it up. I ended up having to wear another persons white shirt as the replacement one I was given was big enough for Charles Barkley.
I will NEVER ever come here or recommend anyone to use this place. This guy must have lost his touch or maybe I was oblivious when I was getting married.
Not to mention the price is 100 bucks a suit. We are not even talking tuxes here. You can buy a basic black suit for that and it will probably come clean and fit properly.
Do yourself a favor and do not use this place or plan ahead and buy your own.

I was pleased with this rental. The man was very nice who took my measurements and quickly and easily finished everything. I have rented for many occasions from different shops and this was one of the best I have been to.

WOW! What a angry man. I was 2 days late with bringing the tux back and he calls me screaming and told me there was a late fee. I said fine, its ok, calm down i don’t mind paying the fee. He threatened me. Crazy man.

So my dear friend stopped in here today while I waited in the car… He asked for some info on renting a Tux for his upcoming wedding and the person basically booted him out of the store !! Not sure if hes the owner or what but he conducted himself very poorly… When my friend inquired, the store worker stated he didnt feel he was in there as a serious customer and told him he had 2 seconds to vacate the store. I was so baffled by this I had to report so that others will know this place is NOT friendly or worthy of any decent persons business.

Worst customer service experience ever!!! I asked the owner if he was going to have my husband try on the shirt for the tux we rented. He wouldn’t respond to me at all and was extremely rude to me. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!

The shop owner, Jim, is terrific – helpful, straightforward, and friendly. Prices are great for rentals but the quality is still top notch. Rented for an out of town wedding and was very happy. By the way, some of the cheaper rentals are still really good but you might not know about them unless you visit, so check them out in person.
