I went in for botox and was greeted with by their very polite and competent staff. Their kindness extends past booking you an appointment. Dr. Choi is professional, and looking to do what is best for you. He is knowledgable and also good at what he does. Definitely recommend this facility, as they are about results and client satisfaction.

I love true medspa! I get the hydrafacial each month and my skin looks amazing :) my friends are always complimenting me on how nice my skin looks. Very profesional team! I would recommend it to everyone, if your skin looks dull, this is the place you should visit :)

The manager introduced herself as Doctor but I didn’t see any license in her office. The place was absolutely clean and tidy. The hair removal equipment was 100% pain free.

This place is awesome!!! Super clean and great customer service! Came here for laser hair removal and could not be happier. Pain-​free and extremely effective! Even though everyone is different, I saw results right away! Would definitely recommend. The girls are great.

I had my first treatment (skin tightening) at True Med Spa on Saturday, 10÷17÷15. From the minute I walked into the spa I felt like I had been going there for years. The entire staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Laura was my technician and with the combination of her skill, expertise, and the most state of the art equipment my treatment was perfect! I will be back!
UPDATE: Returned for my second treatment today with Laura (Hydrafacial). Once again, with Laura’s gentle touch and new state of the art equipment, I left their office with my face feeling and looking completely healthy and renewed! I had several compliments during the day and even one on a «FaceTime» call! I definately will be a repeat customer!

Great staff and service! Dr. Choi is awesome and his wife, who did my photo facial, was very sweet and thorough. I hate going into a place that tries to up sell you everything and I didn’t feel that at all here. The prices are also very reasonable, especially with the coupon. My face feels great, I’m a dedicated customer now!

Overall, I think this facility is awesome.
Staff: very welcoming, nonjudgmental, friendly. I was explained everything about my Visia photos. They really do take care of you from start to finish.
Facility: VERY clean, very well kept, they even gave me a complete tour when I asked for it.
Everyone here is wonderful and I will definitely be returning and recommending them to anyone I know!

Right when I walked in, I felt comfortable. Camille sat me down, took some Visia photos of my face and talked to me about my problem areas. She recommended I just have 2 IPLs based on my concerns. She made me feel very comfortable while I was getting an IPL on my face. I felt somewhat relaxed, I know that’s hard to do when you’re having a laser zapping your face. I will definately go back for more! Thanks Camille!
