I called this company out because it was referred to me. I was looking for an estimate for a New Central Air Conditioner. He went out side to the compressor looked at it came back and advised I was low on Freon. He quoted me the price on a new one. He then proceeded to tell me I could get one in Sept or Nov. and save 15% and proceed to put Freon in my unit and said that would get me by till then. WRONG without seeing if I had a leak which I did and charged 225.00, and said that would really help for now, which I did not get any comfortable as my fan went out that day. This guy should have inspected the complete unit before trying to sell me Freon. I only ask for a estimate. I should use him, I think not. Honesty is 100%.
He offer to reimburse me if a bought the new AC from him. After the three estimate I decide to go with another company, who took the time to inspect the unit completely and also included a new intake grill, plus took care of the drywall an even replaced my broken dry wall cover with a new hardwood. Don did not take the time to explain any thing, are even give me a written estimate, Just handed me a bill for $ 225.00 I am very unsatisfied with his professionalism and rude manner. He may be a good AC Company but he need to take time with the customer, and give a written estimate, and not try to fix something that was 17 years old. He should really return the money, but as he said to me Oh well, can’t do that now, I said if you buy my job I would reimburse. Yeo money hungry is a good description. WOW think before you take on this guy. Being a referral I thought he would be a honest professional. No Don I was not looing for a deal yes I did want it installed right, so how do you trust a guy when he did not spend any time with you.
